  7. Harris was very disappointing. Engine failure during the practice. In his 4th ride he finally looked allright but in his other 4 heats he was not on the pace at all, probably had engine problems again.
  8. The FIM World Long Track Championships starts tomorrow with the first final in Herxheim. 15k fans expected at this first final. Together with FIM I have started a live update platform for all FIM Long Track events: https://www.longtrack-live.com/ Direct link for Herxheim: https://www.longtrack-live.com/event/217/fim-long-track-world-championship-final-1-herxheim.html For the Facebook users: give the FIM page a follow where we will provide live streaming from rider presentation and the final draws. Link: https://www.facebook.com/FIMTrackRacing/ Calendar: 25.05.2017 Herxheim (Final 1) 17.06.2017 La Reole (Final 2) 24.06.2017 Marianske Lazne (Qualifier) 09.07.2017 Mühldorf (Final 3) 20.08.2017 Eenrum (Final 4) 27.08.2017 Berghaupten (Challenge) 02.09.2017 Morizes (Final 5) 24.09.2017 Roden (Teams)
  9. Live press conference: https://www.facebook.com/1389402171085612/videos/1873186632707161/ Wildcards: Patrick Hansen (DK) Alexander Woentin (SE) Max Fricke (AU)
  10. This event is now also listed in the FIM rules. Good money in it, the winning nation gets 18k euros.
  11. I think Fricke, Jeppesen and Woentin. Jeppesen and Woentin both just missed out with 5th. No Swedes in yet so that makes Woentin extra favourable for a wildcard. Kaczmarek with 5th no much chance for a wildcard as there are already 4 Polish riders in. Hope they give Chugunov a chance though.
  12. Fim allocates slots to the semi finals and the federations decide which riders will go.
  13. Few pics from practice today: https://www.baansportfansite.nl/nieuws/1334/fotoreportage-loting-en-training-speedway-grand-prix-van-warschau.html
  14. I believe this event is somekind of an official event (FIM related as they selected the nations), so this has higher priority then domestic leagues.
  15. The Belgian slot will likely be a Dutch rider or no rider.
