Happens all the time in various FIM and FIM Europe meetings..... for example in iceracing we've seen Russians on Ukrainian licenses... in grasstrack Germans on Swiss or Austrian licenses etc.
For those wanting a last minute speedway trip: there is a huge meeting on saturday in Wittstock (north-east Germany) featuring 30 riders including a couple GP riders plus other top riders like Sayfutdinov and Dudek. It's a 3 hour drive between Wittstock and Zielona Gora.

Not sure what to think of 'the rest was shambles'... my friends experienced the same at the gates which wasn't very nice in the sun. The rest was allright though, not the usual GP standard but ok. Teterow will improve for next year, and also the track will have a 'makeover'.
