  1. Happens all the time in various FIM and FIM Europe meetings..... for example in iceracing we've seen Russians on Ukrainian licenses... in grasstrack Germans on Swiss or Austrian licenses etc.
  2. Teterow rumoured for 09.09.2017. Melbourne likely three weeks after Torun I guess? So 28.10.2017.
  3. For those wanting a last minute speedway trip: there is a huge meeting on saturday in Wittstock (north-east Germany) featuring 30 riders including a couple GP riders plus other top riders like Sayfutdinov and Dudek. It's a 3 hour drive between Wittstock and Zielona Gora.
  4. So who's coming to Torun? we drive tonight with 8 people from NL to PL.
  5. There is very likely a mistake in the FIM calendar, as Heerenveen will be on 01-02 April. I think a new calendar will be send out today by the FIM.
  6. ????? Because Przedpelski is the first reserve, and he is once again replacing Drabik in Gdansk.
  7. My photos from the Stockholm GP here: http://www.baansportfansite.nl/nieuws/1195/jason-doyle-wint-zijn-derde-sgp-op-rij-in-de-friends-arena-van-stockholm.html
  8. As if One Sport has something to do with the lineups..... Lineups are made by the FIM.
  9. Dominik Kossakowski got the wildcard for this 3rd and final round. Kacper Woryna and Oskar Bober will take the reserve slots.
  10. Not sure what to think of 'the rest was shambles'... my friends experienced the same at the gates which wasn't very nice in the sun. The rest was allright though, not the usual GP standard but ok. Teterow will improve for next year, and also the track will have a 'makeover'.
  11. Are you coming to Almaty? I'm thinking about doing it again, was a great trip.
  12. Big sponsors, money, tv, proper crowds, etc etc. Need I say more?
  13. Who cares if the SEC or SBP are Mickey Mouse or not.... these are big events with big exposure and a great opportunity for every rider imo
  14. A few photo's from the Tomicek memorial meeting yesterday in Prague: http://www.baansportfansite.nl/nieuws/1191/peter-ljung-de-sterkste-in-de-regen-van-praag.html
  15. Not sure. Almaty is confirmed for 18-19.02.2017 according to todays e-mail from the organisers.
  16. Sphinx is always good for some steaks. Can recommend the Arsenal club for some drinks and party
  17. Don't think Pardubice will be that good with only 4 riders on the track. Here are my pics from yesterday: http://www.baansportfansite.nl/nieuws/1189/emil-sayfutdinov-wint-de-gouden-helm-van-pardubice.html
  18. Cancelled tomorrow they try again. Not yet it seems, some info was posted online but now deleted.
  19. Yes the system is daft, I think this will be discussed at the next FIM Europe meeting
  20. Spain is a perfect location for speedway. Would be good to have a speedway support class at their yearly big flattrack meeting in Barcelona
