Both are CCP wildcards according to the FIM sheets.

Harris is going to ride in more grasstrack/longtrack events: tomorrow night in Marmande (France) and also in Werlte (Germany) on July 23th.

Martin Vaculik and Fredrik Lindgren got the both wildcards for the Challenge.

I think the distance is another reason why they don't pick British riders. The Poles just drive from PL to SE with their van, for the Brits this is a much longer route (unless they have equipment in PL).
