  4. Track's need to be the following sizes: 125 YGT: 200 - 800 meter 250 Longtrack YGT: 350 - 800 meter I think both meetings will be held in the MotoArena rather then the kidstrack
  5. What's new It's always been like this. Forssa, Muhldorf and Marianske Lazne are the only proper 1000 meter longtracks. Interesting though that they wanna stage the 250cc Youth Longtrack meeting in Torun.... wonder where And the U21 Final 2 in Pardubice on the friday of the Golden Helmet weekend, very daft...

  8. Still no official calender indeed, but the mobile site got the pages prepared already [..] To be confirmed ofcourse... Edit: the mobile site got the 'not yet announced' events hidden now, so I deleted my proposed list....

  10. No Dutch riders, other then Theo Pijper, have speedway for an income. Usually the Dutch kids go the grasstrack/longtrack way and do some meetings in the weekends across Europe. It's hard for the Dutch kids to get noticed in the speedway scene, especially because it's such a small sport over here and we hardly have any meetings. Some choose to go on a German license to be able to do all the U21 events there, but other then that it ends with a combo between grasstrack/longtrack and a little speedway.
  11. Full results here: http://live.baansportfansite.nl/event/118/onk-speedway-lelystad.html Very well run and positive event. The event was run very quickly (check the times) with some great racing. Very impressed by the group of young Danes that came over. They seem to loved it and will come back in the future, even for just a practice day. The KNMV (Dutch fed) was very happy with it, and we had no complains or whatever from anyone. The Lelystad club has now some new people in the organisation, including me, and we are working hard on getting the speedway back on track. New plans are made and we look forward to 2016
  12. My pics here (also from the juniors): http://www.baansportfansite.nl/nieuws/873/max-fricke-wint-de-phil-crump-trophy-in-mildura.html Safe and sound back in NL after a long partly delayed trip back. Pretty cool Aussie trip and hope to be back next year. It seems the FIM is very ambitious of running more events in Australia in the future, so hope they will do the same next year.... maybe one of the U21 junior solo finals, would be cool
  13. Teterow confirmed for 10.09.2016 So the calendar is coming more and more together... http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=79679&p=2642089
  14. Track wasn't that great in the first few heats imo, especially in the first corner. FIM officials also came on the track after a run of crashes. Improved though with some great racing. The poles where loving it, both the riders as there supporters. Would have thought it would attract a bigger crowd....
