Whoops. Thought this was a Tigers of Sheffield thread lol... I will be there, as usual with renewed optimism... But this time it looks a little more tangible Roll on March A safe and happy season for all riders and supporters

I don't think the number 1 is the problem. You need to look further down the team. Look at the opposing reserves scores for the last 2 weeks and compare those scores with our reserves. That is what lost us the last 2 home meetings. Anyway we don't know what has happened behind the scenes in getting replacements. I am sure that the sheffield management are not totally happy in 'cobbling' a team week in and week out....

Shame on you. This was a decent meeting and watching Andre 'skim' the boards like days of old, was worth the admission alone. Also nice to see some fire in the bellies of the team management. And some team riding 'to boot' Special mention to Adam, Facu and our adopted Tiger Richard. All a bit slow at the start but came through to do the business

And now Joe has announced his immediate retirement from the sport. Come on and own up. Who's drove over a black cat this season :sad:

To the Sheffield Management Team..... Following the above is a straightforward solution to the current problem ( well at least part of it anyway). (I had to add the nothing at all bit). Try to explain and involve us (where possible). Sheffield Speedway at the moment seems to be the cities best kept secret (until Thursday). Don't blame the Star. You have a web site , Facebook and Twitter to your disposal. For example, I had to read the Rye House web site today to find out who was replacing Damien on Saturday.

No - the change was made because of others members of the team's lack of scoring. You can run with a 3 pointer like we did with Birks, but the rest of the team have to perform to their capabilities

Interesting in the programme last night, the emphasis that Andre is only on a 28 day contract for Glasgow.......

I see we are running a guest to replace the injured Simon Stead although Richard Hall is expecting to be fit. No shortage of riders due to Simon's average. Any ideas??? Craig Cook perhaps.....

You said it - not me..... that is before you edited it Anyway - using R/R for Richard (according to the new averages) means we can use Simon, Ricky,Joe & Albin for his rides without having to 'dip into' the reserves

How can you have a guest when Richard is not the number 1. Surely it has to be RR ?????
