  1. I didn't say Poole wouldn't ride where he wanted or that he didn't want to come back to the Witches, I was replying to Cowboy Cookies post about building young assets up, and as Poole isn't an asset, IMO, Rasmus Jensen would be a good option instead and would become an asset assuming he rode enough matches for the Witches. He's certainly one for the future IMO, and would come in on a 7, very similar to the 6.90 of Poole.
  2. Neither is Poole as he's a Panthers asset. Would be better to bring in a new young asset on a 7 like Rasmus Jensen.
  3. Get in there Fen Tigers!!!! Take a bow Stefan Nielsen
  4. I also assume that maybe Workington would like to use Roynon in their fixture today, and maybe Newcastle might like to use the Worralls in their side to face Glasgow today? Obviously as long as Mildenhall don't want to use them!
  5. It certainly would be embarrassing, especially if they sent the wrong riders out in heat 2
  6. Points limits might have been a bit higher then? What about Kalle Katajisto at Edinburgh a couple of seasons back?
  7. The Complete Car Services Mildenhall Fen Tiger Cubs 1 JOSH BATES 2 JOE GRAVER 3 NIALL STRUDWICK 4 MARTIN KNUCKEY Peterborough Thundercats 1 BEN HOLLOWAY 2 ADAM KIRBY 3 ADAM PORTWOOD 4 JAMIE COLLINS
  8. Greg Hancock Chris Holder Freddie Lindgren Hans Andersen
  9. Early season form see's Joe Jacobs as a real contender for a PL spot. He's come back from wintering in Australia a different rider and scored a 3 ride max in the u-21 semi at Stoke last night to go with a cracking first meeting for Mildenhall last week when he won 3 races including showing Adam Roynon the way home, the two rides when he didn't score were when he was taken off by Heeps when on a 5-1 and last place in 15 when he couldn't get by Heeps after missing the start when he clearly looked the quicker rider.
  10. Ah ha! I see where my £2 is going now! Couldn't we just have met outside the turnstiles each meeting and I could have given you a couple a quid and it would have saved all the fuss of changing the prices!!
  11. I noticed on the Mildenhall website that entrance fees have gone up 20% from £10 last season to £12 for the upcoming season
  12. Personally although I like Cam, I think his inclusion on a high average unbalances the team. I'd rather something like - 1.Jack Hargreaves 7.04 2.Aaron Baseby 4.88 3.Joe Jacobs 6.27 4.Barrie Evans 6.97 5.Lewis Blackbird 7.01 6.Trevor Heath 3.00 7.Danny Halsey 4.76 Total................39.93 The balance looks good to me, and Barrie adds some real experience to the younger lads, as well as great team rider. Also with the probability of Danny or Aaron at reserve we will always be strong in that department. Guess we'll find out in due course, and if the racing comes halfway to last seasons I think most people will be happy.
  13. Good to see Adam fixed up and hopefully he'll have an injury free season for once. Now I have nothing against Adam as he's an asset to the NL but my understanding was last season you couldn't ride in the NL if you had a PLspot at the start of the season and you averaged more than 4 in the PL. Adam has a spot at Workington on a 4.5 average for next season. As the NL AGM hasn't been held yet, how do Dudley know the rules are to be changed for next season? Or have I got something wrong here?
  14. I meant 5 not 3 I wasn't implying it would affect Cameron Heeps, he does indeed have dual nationality, I was pointing more towards the possible signing of Tungate. I too take rumours with a pinch of salt, which is why I put rumour, not fact.
  15. I dont know, just a rumour from a normally reliable source, he says its rumour too, not for certain
