  1. Finish no worse than one place behind Leon assuming Leon gets through the last chance
  2. It looks like KK could play an important part in the final result of this competition. The irony of that cannot be lost on anyone who know how reliable (or otherwise) he is! Heat 17 with KK off gate 1 might result in a few having pause for thought for the rest of the meeting. Good luck everyone.
  3. I really hope the youmg/amatuer riders get some on track action this year. I assume, given the lack of profession racing, fans will flood in and watch our future talent. You won't be disappointed. I've got my ticket for Scunthorpe already.
  4. As long as he behaves, off track, better than he did at Poole. Otherwise, he'll be on the first plane home.
  5. He was such an exciting rider a couple of years ago. It is so disappointing to see him in "the crowd".
  6. I know. But they think that Labour will win the next election as well. I'll get my coat
  7. Well thanks for all the fun for 4 rounds. It's 2 more rounds than I usually stay. A happy meeting result anyway with our Robert winning and taking the series lead. Happy betting for Torun to the survivors
  8. Mark might get into the lead depending on what David Bellego does. But Terry is sitting pretty if KK doesn't fall apart.
  9. Thanks RR. That's a kind thought for a fallen champion in the making
  10. I can't remember seeing a field like this where there are either heroes or donkeys. Oh, I know there is a occasional exception, but it is rare. Seeing the likes of KK and MJJ struggling the way they are is a mystery. Seeing Leon Madsen or Bartosz Zmarzlik make the final is no surprise. But the occassional race from riders with a proven history is surely to be expected?
  11. Well good old GL came through for me again, just. His gating was rubbish. David Bellego was a good call by Mark and kept it interesting right through to the end.
  12. Like all things we do in life, you have to weigh up the risks. Driving a car or crossing the street has a level of risk. If BMX (or motorcross or whatever) has a proven level of risk that is higher than say, working out in the gym or running, you have to accept that you're risking your income from your chosen profession. I want the lad to succeed. But putting yourself on the sideleines, when you're already under threat of being dropped seems to be a risk too far.
  13. Speedway in UK allowed in the UK in October (?) SON at the National Speedway Stadium in October (?) Hope you've got your tickets
