I still haven't seen any evidence to say that he's anything other than a 0.

The average & championship places apply to the previous season.
-
No, it just list the countries & qualifying criteria for each one & then says that anyone not racing in those countries has to be their national champion. Bear in mind that the rules were made on the advice of the SCB/BSPA so they're never going to provide the complete answer.

Grass Track Season?

Well, we've had another lie nailed today. In the Speedway Star's weekly promotional piece for the "Release the Latvia One" campaign, his representative here on Earth says; "It's dreadful, we've had no communication at all. From what Darcy has told me, at the hearing, when asked how long it would be, the guy in charge said he'd take as long as he wanted."

If You Could Bring Back One Rider...

Darcy Ward -
If he finds out in the next few weeks that his parents have split up we'll all be in tears. It's just not fair.

Because they brought in that category on, what we now know, was an illegally low average to encourage new Americans. Being the BSPA/SCB, rather than rewrite the rule properly, they've made the minimum of effort in the same way that they failed to deal with the discrepancy in averages from the change of heat format.

Not if it was issued on a false premise...

Good to see the Bournemouth Echo all over this latest development with their usual unbiased reporting. http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/11799089.Darcy_Ward__Speedway_fans_take_to_Twitter_as_disciplinary_delay_rumbles_on___/

No. Early on, all the indications were that the problem was caused by a failure to adhere to rules that had been in place for some 10-15 years. Since then, UKVI's decisions seem to back up that theory.

As SCB said, SWC selection is no indication of rider ability.

Nope.

Belle Vue National Stadium
Alan_Jones replied to PHILIPRISING's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
No other new project has promised to deliver the National Stadium holding major events in an unrealistic time frame. I'll praise it if and when it's praiseworthy on completion. -
Had 2 seasons of hosting Milton Keynes home matches & a Raiders team last season. As stale as things have gone in the past few seasons, the commitment to training and developing riders has always been there.
-
Already done that.

10 Clubs For Mdl In 2015 + New Vase Final
Alan_Jones replied to Main Man's topic in Youth Speedway and Development Leagues
4 rider teams over 6 heats. UK passport holders on ACU licences who, at the start of the season, not previously declared in a PL 1-7, never ended a season with an NL average over 5 & a maximum of 50 NL appearances. 2 current NL riders max. -
Rather a silly original statement then, leaving out a fairly salient point in your favour. You see, in Walthamstow we don't get the Eastbourne Tourist Guide, a strange oversight I know. Oh, and my comment was a question BTW.

Saturday 14th = Raiders, Monday 16th = Rockets

That's how it happened last time...

A term that pre-dates it's use in speedway and is quantitative and not directional.

Plagiarism at it's finest. A personal statement from Len Silver; http://ryehouserockets.co/news.php?extend.945 The 'other' team is now known as the Restart Raiders with Team BMR as co-sponsor.
-
The first sign of the takeover is the renaming as the Rye House Restart Raiders with Team BMR as co-sponsor, both Warren Scott companies.
-
They're both technically EL riders doubling up with PL teams which makes it eminently sensible.
