Peterborough Panthers 2015
Alan_Jones replied to mudflaps's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
He tried with Newcastle but the rules didn't allow it. -
It's points / ride * 4, not points / meeting, from all rides.

From the Rye House site today; SILVER KEEN TO SET RECORD STRAIGHT Saturday December 06, 2014 Rye House promoter Len Silver has found it important to publicly respond to supporter speculation appearing on the terraces and internet suggesting his focus away from the Hoddesdon club in favour of matters elsewhere at Kent. In a personal statement concerning his dual involvement with the Kings, he says: "My role at Rye House has changed this year because my son Andrew has been placed in charge of the re-launched Raiders in the National League. One of the conditions of that appointment was that Andrew had sole responsibility for setting up and managing the team, a situation I have been happy to agree with. “I will, of course, remain as the promoter for the Rockets and be ultimately responsible for all Premier League action. “Meanwhile at Kent, where I was deeply involved in the track building and setting up of the team at the direct request of main promoter and stadium owner Roger Cearns, who is a long standing friend, I will remain as co-promoter but mainly responsible for track preparation and initial team building. “Once the season starts, new team manager Chris Hunt, who came in as assistant this year, will have full control of the team and its activities. My first responsibility is to try for a successful season for the Rockets, leaving Chris to do the same for Kent."

Before he switched to road racing he did a lot of laps at various tracks around the country, including Sheffield.
-
He needs a visa, so it's 7.
-
Hopefully refused sooner rather than later.
-
Cradley promotion, not Cradley fans.
-
I understand Cradley fans & the fact that they're of no relevance to the subject under discussion.
-
Would be nice, but I don't think so.
-
So, which of Birmingham & Cradley would you prefer didn't run, because, with the limited amount of track availability, those two are going to have to cooperate far closer than any other teams with shared resources.
-
4.66
-
... and the fact that so called experts try to explain the new rule while showing a complete lack of understanding of the previous version.
-
Regs say NL = PL /.6
-
"They" haven't, I converted it from his PL average.
-
Not quite Micky Mouse, but you've got to start somewhere...
-
Luke Bowen will have a 6.60 average for the Raiders.
-
Only for the lowest average reserve.
-
No. Probably 5.
-
I understand Luke was definitely going to retire at the end of this season but had second thoughts after his testimonial.
-
Rye House have confirmed today that they'll be back to running on Bank Holiday Mondays and, subject to league approval, the Raiders will be back in the NL. Looks like Roger Cearns may be promoting on his own and looking for a new team manager.
-
Anybody else heard the one about Jon Cook & EL for 2016?
-
Probably more to do with the persuasive skills of former Kings' commercial manager 'Nikko' Day who is now in a similar position with SITRA.
-
He was dropped by Red Bull KTM Ajo at the end of the 2013 & signed for Mahindra Racing, who dropped him after 10 races because of poor results. The speculation is based on the fact that he hasn't been as successful in the GPs as expected so may consider a switch back to speedway.

This could well be Guy Garvey's Finest Hour...
