I always ask for my skin to be taken off when I visit a fish and chip shop, being an Essex boy now living in Suffolk -

Isn't speedway a strange sport, a few days ago rohan looked unbeatable, but tonight it looked like he couldn't beat anybody and was extremely slow. As for Adam, well what can you say apart from brilliant, fast out of the gate to, and his bikes looked very fast. Great first team meeting from gino, and it looks like the lad can really race. Kennett, boxall and garrity all rode well, but Lambert is going to let them down far to often if they are going to be serious contenders. -

So noticed on Saturday Worrall bikes were not hagon shock sponsored anymore but gino's were. Anyone know why Ritchie has lost that sponsorship? -

Good choice, I chose that a few posts back. Cameron is certainly not up to racing speed yet, and unless he has had or has more practice before Thursday I don't see that changing. Worrall certainly didn't look as quick as I thought, but on the plus side, Rohan and morten looked very fast. Gino certainly looks fast and can pass, but he seriously needs to improve his gating, as passing isn't so easy on some tracks. -
Happy birthday Adam.

It does look close between the teams, Kennett could easily go through the card. I think the rockets will miss Jason B though, normally does okay at foxhall. Boxall is much better than his average and was good on his last visit. Lambert is the weak link. Ipswich to win by 4 -
Suits look better than last year's, also with some more blue, but maybe even more blue would have looked even better, not that it matters much at foxhall with its pretty dim lighting. Let's hope someone has given them a clean over the winter.

Anyway, less than a week to go for some action at Ipswich, weather looking good at the moment and a Saturday night, could be a good crowd.
-
Cook didn't touch anyone at the 4 team, it was the French bloke that lost control
-
As a rider, I think he has the best chance of making number one, he has a lot better style than rohan and because of that alone I can see him becoming the better rider.
-
His improvement over the years hasn't been the quickest, but every season he has improved. Having said that, he did ask to be sold last season I think, so it was probably best for both parties.
-
Maybe that will help with his form dipping in the second half of the season, and as far challenging for number 1, I don't see it happening unless Ritchie has a less than good start to the season. Although rohan still hasn't been racing for very long really, he does need to make a pretty big step next season if he really is to become a top rider in a couple of years.
-
Obviously not, or they are keeping it to themselves, not that anyone can go view it either.
-
Oh come on boys and girls, let's at least wait till after the first meeting before we start dissing eachother :-P
-
Nicholls as a second string or third heat leader maybe, apart from that, no thanks

Morten and Kevin

Far too much white in last year's, we need to get back to more blue Black with some white
-
Bach would be a better option than Josh anyway in my opinion. Mills did okay when racing for us, although not too good against us last season, but I would imagine he would have the beating of the 2 panthers reserves, at least at home anyway. To stand any chance of keeping it close away, hopefully they have booked a racer that loves the fast outside sweeps at the showground, at least at number one anyway.
-
I would imagine Louis did most of it already anyway going by what Simmons said, so it's pretty much a no brainer.
-
I also did spanner for an ex Ipswich rider, and the last thing on his mind was the team score, only in his own performance, what changes to make and like you say, gate position. Very rarely did he watch the racing, mainly just sitting in his pit box am cleaning goggles, things like that. Surprised no mention of mortens testimonial on the individual and testimonial section.
