Floppy makes the squad

Well said Trees, plus I really don't think Middlo is the sort of person to have his strings pulled by anyone incidently He's been in the sport too long for that. -
Oops the Canterbury Site is not my doings (although I am on the front page ) This is the work of our very own Sidecar 121, I'm sure he will be glad to hear that everyone likes his website. The 3rd time lucky bit refers to this being the 3rd Canterbury thread I have started

Same here Rabbit..... his Job as Team GB Manager is difficult enough without fans having a go as to why he never picked "their" favourite rider, I'm chuffed to little mint balls with the selection as they are all my favourites hmmmmmm with the exception of dare I say David Norris I think he should of put Joe in there, thats on a personality basis though not riding -
I thought I would give Honey the chance to get back from Sittingbourne to reveal the answer to your question Kev seeing as he can't be bothered I will Big Ron was the name of our photo man @ Kingsmead
-
He used to let me have a picture of Uncle Ted every week Just waiting for my regular email from Raven with the answer to this one Kevvie

Spoke to Barney the other day he comes in the forum and has a look every now and then, Gibbo not spoke to him since the first Sittingbourne meeting Honey might be able to tell us more on him (if we can find Honey that is). Don't think this be a popular thread like the first. When I went to Sittingbourne with Dad and Uncle Ted and saw Graham Arnold for the first time in donkeys years, it took me a while to place him @ Canterbury this is going to sound really weird but he has got more hair now than he had back there, Barneys mechanic Barry has not changed one bit he's not aged at all, if the truths known Barney hasn't changed either just probably a bit more mellow. Kev Howland awwwww he's always been nice, doing very well with his shooting, sure one of my friends who shoots with him said they are both in the top 10 of UK.

I would have thought the job of re-fueling lies with the mechanic (s) probably a case of too many chiefs not enough indians I thought you did it.....nope I thought you had etc etc depending on how many indians there are of course Is there any update on Lukas anywhere yet :?: -

Wimbledon seems to be a popular place x
-
Thanks I knew I could rely on you two pair of buggas to read this :!:
-
I can't remember my first meeting like Honey I was Very young at the time, there are lots of meetings that are very memorable for me though and the one that really sticks in my mind was Uncle riding @ Wimbledon and making the rostrum, Mrs Moon (Canterbury fans will know who I mean) was there and she made our day complete by wearing a crown with "King Ted" on it.
-
we cant keep changing the titles of the threads people keep telling us off as it is Just had a look wooooooohooooooooooooooo me and Uncle Ted on the main page............... thanks steve xxxxx Steve My Mum has some lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvverly pictures of Barney & Les Rumsey with Mega long hair will sort them out for you
-
I've just watched the meeting from last night and in his first race David Norris was bogged with an engine failure whilst leading........ big shame this lad really wanted to ride and do well last night, unfortunately it just was not his night, that does not reflect on how he would race if put into the WC squad maybe he would have more determination as he would now have something to prove to Middlo and all the fans that he is worthy of a World Cup place.......... Dean Barker he said about not riding at Cardiff, maybe he should have been given a place there, being his testimonial year as well it would have been fitting for him to have a go for himself and his country. Well worth a place in the World Cup Squad x (I'm sounding more like an Eastbourne fan every posting........ Canterbury Fans I apologise for this misleading post )
