  1. He probably would have done better had he not had the worst 2 gates in his first 3 races.Gate 3 twice and 4 once in his first three rides. The stats from those two gates are not favourable at all compared to 1 and 2. 1 win from gate 3 after 16 races and that was Iversen when up against Bellego,Dilger and Grobauer. He should be beating them anyway even from 15m back.
  2. Poor at Lynn Wednesday, must have been busy doing her nails when she missed 3 big rollers at the starts.
  3. The way Iversen has been going he won't go unbeaten, been poor at home this season especially by his standards. Hope you are right and Iversen scores heavy, unfortunately for Lynn he hasn't even hit double figures at home this season yet.
  4. Let's be honest they really only have a choice between Fricke and Cook.Or they could have R/R but the way their team is made up i think going with a guest is their best option. This is a bit of a problem with FRN,it limits the choice of guests especially for the top averaged riders.
  5. I would prefer one big league.More variety more matches.People like continuity and therefore matches most weeks. At Lynn we have had gaps of 5 weeks, supporters don't want that. Some Elite league snobs knock the championship but you get as good racing in that as the top league.Actually it's probably better. So what we may lose a few riders, and it would only be a few but I think it would bring a few more fans back imo
  6. Awesome was the word i was thinking, you would pay your money to watch that every day of the week.We would be lost without him though.Wish Iversen could get back on it again though.I keep thinking with every match he will be coming back to form. But for some reason or another he just can't seem to get there.
  7. Discussed this with friends in Cardiff and at Lynn last night.Would love to see it in Manchester and i would definitely go up there to see it.Should drop one of the Polish rounds imo.
  8. I would think so,isn't it valid for the Leicester re-staging or one of the next three matches, well two now.
  9. Could possibly after NKI gets his new average, which i think is Wednesday. He drops about 1.89 off his average at present, which would allow that move i think. But that would be very harsh on Garrity.Don't know whether i would go that way or get rid of Lambert for a rider around the 4.5 mark and have two decent reserves. Having said that our management don't seem to have that ruthless streak in them to do such things. When's Stefan Nielsen fit?His average is less than S.Lambert's
  10. Hope Doyle is fit and both Australia and GB put out their strongest sides possible. Hope it's a great success for Glasgow and speedway in the UK in general.
  11. Just saying about there were at least 4 good races+the Lambert/Harris race.I'm afraid there is no meeting that will have 8-10 good races in it,bar the odd one or two.
  12. Well having not seen a full meeting(lynn)in about 8 weeks,i get to see 2 in 3 days.1 big league next year please. Would like to think we could beat Swindon and get a few more points in the bag. Iversen still not getting anywhere near the points i was expecting from him.I'm sure his average will drop quite a bit after this match and Lambert will go to number 1.But he(Iversen) surely has to start picking up soon considering he used a large chunk of the team average up. The rest of the team are doing what is expected of them. Garrity had his thumb in an ice pack or something of that description after the match last night so hope he is fit to ruffle a few feathers.
  13. Whatever you say Daniel. You are never going to enjoy it at Lynn again are you.You forgot about heat 7 of course when S.Lambert got by both Woryna and Worrall and then got excited and fell to the back again(his words).Ht 14 he was involved again but Klindt then Worrall got through. And although no overtaking in ht 4,didn't you think it was good to see R.Lambert and Harris tussling for the whole 4 laps. You have fell out with speedway and thats your choice, that is probably why you think it was abysmal last night, when in truth it wasn't as bad as you are making out.
  14. But still,Kurtz was signed as your number one was he not
  15. Think more than 3 races,at least 4 from my old memory. Harris on Toft,Lambert on Worrall and Woryna then them passing him back,R.Lambert on Harris,R.Lambert on Jakobsen. You always seem to be doom and gloom on Lynn a bit like me on Cardiff.
  16. Don't think you can Lynnboy, not a present anyway.Think we have to give Garrity a chance anyway,he hasn't even turned a wheel yet for the Stars and you want to get rid of him for Bjerre. The only change i think we have to make is to get a replacement for S.Lambert as soon as we can,or when the averages allow.
  17. Like SharpenRake said take that rule away and it wouldn't be classed as cheating as you say.I think there should only be one rule on this if you touch the tapes you are out. This should be much easier for the referee to.You have only got to see the balls up made at the GP at the weekend regarding unsatisfactory starts. If you are a rider and want to try and anticipate the start fair enough in my eyes,he will only penalise himself if he gets it wrong.
  18. Re Lambert,we have only had 4 matches at home,5 if you include Rye House.Although it is a pretty impressive start to his season at home.
