You are right about the bleating from certain posters.The ones normally moaning don't actually go anymore.And those people keep pretending if they think that speedway is getting better they will return.

Unsure how the asset system works now to be honest.I'm just assuming he's a Lynn asset now(hopefully).I'm sure he will improve given time and meetings. He has a higher average than Lambert hey Daniel

Notice how Swindon have always been ahead on fixtures rode.probably because they have had 3 options every week.If Poole didn't ride that Thursday they would either had to agree to ride on that Wednesday or do a double header to get their fixtures in.Somerset need either a double header or an off night race to complete.If Wolves don't have this double header against Lynn they wouldn't fulfill their fixtures on a FRN.And it's tight for Belle Vue,had it not been for the bank holiday coming up where they can ride Wolves home and away they too would have to ride on an off night.So i think FRN do have an impact. Having said all that,Lynn should have arranged some fixtures on Thursday night to avoid any clashes with Denmark.

It's getting tricky now to get the fixtures in,Wolves are at Somerset when we ride against Poole.If it wasn't for FRN Wolves would have been at Somerset on a Friday no doubt and we would have been able to race them on that Wednesday.

Most of this comes about because individual promoters are just interested in themselves.It's a look after number one policy first and then they may think about looking after speedway in general after. Yes totally agree,don't think it's much of a saving nowadays anyway is it?Maybe if you have to miss one match anyway the saving is gone.Most people would have to miss at least one match during the season for a number of reasons.So this is why i didn't really expect people to take up the offer of season tickets anymore.

You forgot to add on the extra 5% to Iversen's average as it's a home meeting.

Can't have Fricke or Cook. It's Bewley,Worrall or Tungate.I would go for Bewley.Never seen anyone push Lambert so hard in a race at Lynn like last week than Bewley.

No way,this just shows how such a poor season Iversen has had.Fricke's and Cook's averages are well above Iversen's and that's with an extra 5% added to Iversen's average for being at home.

Beat Wells and Riss too.Good bit of experience for him so hopefully will help him and Lynn in the long run.

No definitely not.We would only have R.Lambert and Iversen the rest would be on Championship duty.

Got to agree just been looking at the table and seen who Belle Vue and Wolves have left,and you have to assume both will win their home meetings.If Wolves were to get 6 points from the Lynn meeting then Belle Vue would need 4 points from Somerset away,that is providing Wolves didn't pick up anymore away points. Personally i would have thought Belle Vue might actually want Lynn to win both as this puts Wolves out of the equation and Belle Vue would go above Swindon if they were to win their match in hand at home. So get Bewley in now before its to late.

Must admit i was trying to get to this.Having agreed with my manager at work that i could have Wednesday night off if i could get someone to cover me and i would do the Friday night for them then i could go.But now i'm thinking why work a Friday night if i don't have to and miss the speedway.

The brains negativity bias is a fact.

If i can get time off work i will be going.Not a bad price providing they do get through the 30 heats. Regarding how people react,most people will react on the negative side this is well known.The brain has a preference to recalling and reacting to unpleasant memories(negativity bias).I try to stay positive if i can.But unfortunately for most the brain will focus on the negative most of the time.

No available Monday or Wednesday.Maybe we could do a Thursday if we are allowed like other clubs.But if we did the chances of us being without a rider or two is very high.What are the dates given then Steve?You seem to know it all.

With the FRN it does make it more difficult.You have to really look at the fixture list to understand.With one of the fixtures we had called off in April i remember looking to see when an available date would come up to re-stage it.And low and behold it wasn't until the end of August when both clubs weren't riding in a fixture.I think it was Wolves actually.When Lynn didn't have a fixture Wolves did and vice versa right up until now.So yes sometimes you should be able to race on an off night.This is probably why Swindon have comfortably been getting their meetings in as they can race 3 nights a week.

It might have zero chance,but Trees is right,speedway always use to run until the end of October. We have to ride Leicester twice at home yet,Swindon too i think in the KO Cup.
