I too would like to see more English riders given the opportunity,is there any about at the moment though?Think we may have to wait a couple of years to get the stocks up first but there are some coming through I believe.I wouldn't mind a step back to the PL but there seems to be just as many foreigners in that too. I tell you what as well,it isn't just speedway where some foreigners don't seem to put in to much effort and keep their jobs ahead of the English.But that's a job for the government to sort out

You make it sound easy to ride a speedway bike.Maybe we should have replaced Bjerre with you just to see how you would get on.Obviously you would have been at number 1 in no time And Starlady you mention about mending/replacing your weak link,is it that easy to bring in new riders now?I don't think it is because Buster would have done that i'm sure.How many other weak links have been replaced in other teams,not many because as you well know not many riders want to come here anymore.It's easy with many posters on here,myself included at times saying lets get so and so but if they don't want to come you cant make them.

There didn't seem much difference in the track of ht 10 in the original meeting to the start of ht 1 in this meeting.The only thing different was Bomber replacing Doyle,and Bomber will race any conditions. We were very slow starting tonight but got better.Conditions weren't ideal but hey all riders gave it their best shot. One massive decision got wrong by Turnbull though which in the end cost Lynn the match.Heat 5 yes Porsing should have been excluded for his fall entering turn 1 of lap 3,but Wilkinson was an absolute mile ahead,well the length of the straight anyway why this wasn't awarded I will never know. Oh well onwards and upwards I'm going for Lynn to win at Poole tomorrow night 60-30 so not to worry anyway

This is the problem with the EDR.We have struggled to get decent replacements in as there isn't really anyone available to Kerr's standard.The only ones who are,are above him in the list so can't be used.Probably Worrall would be ok but is unavailable for obvious reasons.Then I think you are only allowed to use them 4 times if I read it correctly.A big rethink for the EDR over the winter is needed.Good in principal but when injuries occur it makes it a mockery.

For him I don't think it matters who he scores points for,as long as he brings home the ££££s.

That's not the point and you know that.He was down for the poacher for a while,but dropped it for a guest booking at Belle Vue which could only have been booked Saturday night/Sunday morning.And lets not forget their were a lot of speedway fans there thinking they were going to see him.

While this is true,he let people down at the Poacher yesterday who were expecting to see him race.

I'm still pi**ed off with the situation,but I am still trying to get half a days holiday tomorrow night.As its bank holiday today it will be much harder to get.If it was sorted last week it would have been so much easier.

I was just going on what Flagrag said. On the Lynn website now,as you said no mention of Cook. And they had confirmation on Sunday night that Leicester could come this Tuesday. I am still peed off that they can arrange a match at such short notice.Surely this could have been sorted a few days after the rain off on Monday.

I take it Lynn will be without Iversen then for this as Doyle will be missing.And Milik missing I assume as you say Cook is riding.A Belle Vue rider guesting is that right.What if they win at Wolves tomorrow,what will Cook do for Lynn

Just noticed the new date on the Lynn website.Absolutely peed off to be honest it only shows it on the fixtures not on the homepage,no headlines or nothing.In fact the main page is the Young Stars victory on Friday,with the next match Wednesday the 2nd which is the Young Stars v Kent Kings.Is it a cock up who knows.But to only find out today it looks like I will be missing my first home match of the season.Not a mention on the BSPA site nowhere.Absolutely ridiculous I think us fans should be shown a little bit more respect,or are we just expected to turn up given 2 days notice and that was through luck.How many of us knew before I put this on here.It will be 1 days notice to most if they read this tomorrow. Thers a lot go on at the AFA.Its not just speedway you have all kinds of motor sports go on there. Is the Polish season over?Just imagine the outcry if we took on Swindon this Sunday with no Batchelor,Zengota,(Ward sadly due to injury) and Lynn with no Iversen,Bjerre and Milik.The same people would cry foul because of all the guests needed to replace those.I don't think its just as simple as saying a day and lets go for it there are so many hurdles in the way i'm afraid. If you want to go that way surely it would have to be 1 or 2 night racing for all,which would be another hurdle encountered
