I believe if you asked any of the older geezers who raced against him, all from the 70's and 80's would probably count Kelly Moran as the most gifted natural. It helped that he was 5'3, but for awhile, it was poetry in motion. Not discarding Peter Craven and the rest, but I am quite sure, if they were able to see him at his peak, and what he could do, well what more can I say. Everyone has a Kelly racing and I stress racing story. He really was magic to watch for awhile.

erm..i can..i had tea with him when he was over at the start of last season. I was invited round to his sister in laws in Tooting for Tea with the great man, one afternoon!! wow..what amazing stories he can tell!! And what a great man he is. Always reminded me of one of the old time cool movie stars, he has tremendous stage presence. You my friend are a lucky man! 8)

Its just that some of us were brought up not to swear in front of women or children, guess that makes us old fashioned. Also have been known to let women sit down at the table before us and hold doors open, out of respect. How times have changed... 8)

I have taken and given with JB, but I still think he is OK. On the forum we cant take things personally. I dont think he deserves a ban, as a matter,language not withstanding, it makes all of this so much more interesting. And again, language aside, it can turn a boring thread into something interesting. We all get personal at times, goes with the territory. I have been guilty of winding him up, as have others. Everyone, including myself, lighten up! Steve Hone excluded, as he is already pretty loose, way to go Steve. 8)
