No more shale was put on yesterday mate. As i said in another post, the track was slush at 1.30, and we were probably lucky the forcast was right.. Would still liked to have seen Matt sign him at some point.When he was on a 5.05 average a few year ago, i know he was looking...

We had several down pours during the morning which didn't help the boys cause, but after 2pm we had nothing which was a real blessing and then the sun came out quite strongly, but we also had that cold wind. We had a few spots just before heat 8-9 but otherwise nothing.

Leave him alone Steve, the boy is totally deluded, you know his hate for anything Poole. Doesn't matter what you say, if you say its black he will say its white. Thats the way he is. Quite sad really. And i would ignore mr moan clearly he has issues with Poole as well. I hear they are both going on a long vacation together permanantly, so they don't get caught up in the crossfire when we win the league again in October.., Don't forget your medications boys..

Because at 1.30 this afternoon the track was still slush. luckly the sun did come out but we had a very cold wind, not a drying wind and the combination of that the sun and the boys turning the track over dried it out. Had the sun not made an appearance the meeting could have taken a turn for the worse.

Your not likely to shut of for no reason are you. That happened so quickly and under the letter of the ref Dudek should have been excluded for causing the stoppage.

I would be suprised if that was the case.

But it should have been the other way round. We are not saying it was intentional, but he was the cause of the stoppage.

Can i just point out to any Lakeside fans travelling to the meeting. The A 31 will be closed in BOTH directions at Ringwood to Cadnam for 15 nights for re surfacing work, yep, yet more frigging roadworks, from 10pm untill 6 am. Any fans travelling need to get away sharpish, other wise it will mean a trip out to the A35 via Christchurch through Lyndhurst Totton and on to the M271 then M3. Be warned..

Hear what your saying Steve, it happened so fast, but under the referees ruling im sure he would say Dudek caused the stoppage.

So whats the answer ? Because you cannot work around the top boys returning..

Some pay the daft figure of £60 for a PL match, but fans are moaning like buggery about inflated away ticket prices, and rightly so. If you have all the top boys back here which you will not get, admission prices will, go up accordingly.

Cardiff is not down to the EL, The National stadium doesn't belong to BV. Sure all those clubs miss those riders, some are still paying for it... We miss Mark Tony Magic the list goes on.. There is no way all the top boys will come back to the UK, they are more than happy with Poland Sweden and the GP's...

But many people are hard pressed to pay EL prices now, a further push up would totally exclude them. Many regulars at poole now don't go every week, they pick there meetings, its to expensive.

Which would push up admission prices..

I would rather you get a new stadium. But will it be in the near future ?

You really are stressed arn't you,.. even then our crowds were not that bad in the great scheme of things, funny how you pick on our one bad year in 17 to go and watch us, must have been the Buccanneers your talking about... Yes mate, ive been a fan since 1970. And just to add to that, whatever you get we will get double.. Be careful what you wish for, your "new stadium" is not even thought of yet..I would rather ours than your falling to pieces shed.. Have a nice night..

At least we get a crowd, where at most clubs they are dragged off the street...
