  1. why do you think Starke doesn't look bothered? especially after heat 20
  2. Tungate going elsewhere and Newman's average doesn't fit
  3. broken wrist so going to be a number of weeks
  4. I've learnt on here that the same people will always argue about the same things I've learnt that copyandpasteix will always copy and paste a link from something that happened in 1948 and considering he's a journalist he doesn't have any views of his own I've learnt that Poole will always be the team to beat, their supporters make sure we remember that
  5. expecting a close meeting today, Morris is in good form, Etheridge will pick up more than a few points, Doolan is likely to get a few, so reckon Panthers need to be on it today or could be surprised
  6. Kings Lynn v Leicester 10.05.17 https://www.flickr.com/photos/the_womble/albums/72157684852550835
  7. I did say I wasn't happy about it, but you go ahead and ignore. my last 2 meetings I've been to (3 hours each way and 2 hours each way) were stopped by the weather, why would I want another?
  8. what went wasn't Porsing's GTR which is what he uses as #1 bike
  9. in a 'health & safety' dominated world, I think the reason would be that the club couldn't guarantee the safety of everyone in the stadium when we have winds this strong. I'm disappointed in the postponement, but sometimes you have to think around just the track
  10. Scunthorpe v Peterborough KOC 04.06.17 (abandoned) https://www.flickr.com/photos/the_womble/albums/72157681764836122/with/34735734510/
  11. my pictures from Scunthorpe v Peterborough KOC 04.06.17 here >> https://www.flickr.com/photos/the_womble/albums/72157681764836122/with/34735734510/
  12. yep, got shots before, but what people were arguing about on here was the track when decisions were being made whether to run or not. I'm always happy to go to Scunthorpe and as I mentioned to the clerk of the course yesterday, I've always thought the drainage there has been spot on, but I wondered whether the 8 hours of racing on Saturday had blocked the drains and not had a chance to clear naturally, and it was also mentioned by people how the pump didn't seem to be making a difference, although I could see the water still running back from bend 4 round to bend 3. I could see from the start that the track was going to be tricky and was going to be one that was vital for gating early on, as turn 1 was very wet and riders missing the start would get filled in easily, but knew it would be good after a few races. What most of the riders seemed concerned about was fresh topping being mixed in with the sludge that was already there, and I think that was what made their decision
  13. for those that weren't there, here's 3 pictures I took on my phone https://www.flickr.com/photos/the_womble/34935777332/in/dateposted-public/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/the_womble/34256132074/in/dateposted-public/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/the_womble/34713343220/in/dateposted-public/
  14. trust me on this, Scunthorpe riders didn't want to ride either
  15. if Peterborough win anything this year, you can bet it will change
  16. no mention of the points scored by the other Lambert yet though
  17. think he was looking at the Kings Lynn thread and got mixed up
  18. who that is inspiring would you sign on the average available?
  19. I thought it was just going to be sealed units if they rolled it out across the league, not the odd rider here and there
  20. I'm not sure they're sealed units yet are they?
  21. going down the slope from pits to track at breakneck speed
