  7. Somerset first season in the league I know why he didn't stay at KL, and I know why he was sold instead of being loaned, and when he was at KL he won plenty of trophies
  8. well I drove Chris Holder and a Kings Lynn promoter down to Somerset maybe 2006?? (think Somerset first season) and Chris was telling us how Jack was even better than him, so 10 years or so ago he was certainly on the radar, but with the Poole connections I don't think there was any doubt where Jack would go. now tell me, how come Darcy Ward wasn't on Matt's radar
  9. regarding team practice early next week that was mentioned, I've a feeling the rules don't allow it in the week before the meeting .. didn't stop a nation doing it last year though the night before
  10. this is where Gustix goes for a sulk
  11. i think Rossiter needs to be checking the weather forecasts for next Saturday before coming to his decision. Woffinden, Lambert and Cook should be in no matter what, with the last rider determined by the weather. King excels when you have to work at getting through deep stuff, Nicholls if it's going to be dry and slick as he can gate. No room for Harris unfortunately, it always looks like the harder he tries the further back he goes.
  12. but Emil would qualify. I'm sure Emil would be 1st or 2nd in the GP in his first season back
  13. Jakobsen loves the grip, he hates slick tracks, I think KL would be wise to use him as much as possible, home and away. my guess is he has a Danish meeting tonight already

  20. care homes on the south coast close early maybe?
  21. I was going to say Kings Lynn must be up near the top .. they were fairly dominant in the PL seasons
  22. a rider was excluded at Peterborough the other week for going the wrong way up to the tapes then on the grass briefly then off to the start line, and no replacement allowed, think it was Sam Simota. Zagar came across the concrete last week after a race had been stopped, but I wondered if he should be out as they had been under starters orders Had a good chat with Nicolai about KL, he loved it and is really hoping for plenty more opportunities - I thought he did well for his first meeting at the track, and was certainly pushing to overtake in his races
