Is there only one speedway track in the US? I admit I've not watched every programme, but every one I've seen seems to come from Costa Mesa!!

I'm supporting the Aussies today as there is an ex Rocket in the side (albeit the weakest link so far) The Polish fans don't like Gollob do they Why didn't the Poles use the tactical during Hampel's last ride?

Poles proving they're just a bunch of homers ..... It's between them and Sweden ..... The Russians are pants and the Aussies are a couple of riders short on the form so far today

Tonedeaf said it ..... There is absolutely nothing to do around Wembley ..... Cardiff is the ideal location ..... Countless restaurants, bars and nightclubs within walking distance of the stadium and hotels ..... Cardiff for me every time.

A visit to Chippy Alley at around 3am is traditional, then stand on the corner opposite the Travelodge and watch the drunks fight it out with the Police at chucking out time

Having missed the GP this year due to childcare issues, the ex wife has been warned well in advanced that I'm off to Cardiff for the weekend next July ..... B4e's dad has taken care of all the hotel and meeting tickets, all I have to do is stump up the cash to pay him!!

Not according to Norbold's excellent..... "70 Years of Rye House Speedway" I've been a regular at Rye House since 1985..... I don't remember Chris Chaplin riding for us in 1986, at least not in any home meetings.

According to my records 1983-85. He made 54 appearances for the Rockets in league and cup..... As far as I can see he hung up his leathers after the Hackney home National League match on 12th May 2005 at the age of 22.

I can't believe I'm agreeing with micman..... we're watching the re run of the GP now, and it's not very entertaining..... Glad I've decided to give Cardiff a miss this year..... the money I'm saving will pay for a brand new PC being built to order for me

For the past few years Rye House have run an official coach to the Cardiff GP with tickets on offer.....I haven't hear any announcements so far this year.
