  1. Cheers Bryn you don't happen to have the times for the races he finished do you please he's fine and just about to wash his bike
  2. Team Harrison had a great day today nice to see lots of old friends sorry Luke delayed the meeting a bit with his ride in the ambulance
  3. Good meeting tonight crowd was ok scunny deserved winners but Newcastle never far off the pace
  4. Wouldn't be to sure on Nike nbt looked ok when guesting for Glasgow a lot better than his fence wrecking spree when scunny were last there
  5. Interesting that outsider timo would be good but not a replacement for josh at number one
  6. To add to the above post the column is also coloured yellow with no black, T is tangerine obviously
  7. I'd be shocked if we don't get beat but as long as it's a good night who cares
  8. I was Nikes mechanic last night (not the one from last week) and we put the yellow cover on as that's how it is in the programme just yellow not yellow black hope this clears up the confusion.
  9. Seems like you have been doing the same maths as me Alex love the idea of getting some one for next year not bothered about gaining an average it's the track time in the UK that's invaluable can't wait for Sunday's next year 6.30 few beers good racing and a winning side.
  10. Bradley Wilson dean and klindt would be my choice or An unknown swede or Dane with the view to running next year we are only racing for pride now so nothing to lose Also got to add even though the results have not been great the racing has been top notch fine line between winning and losing on britans fairest and most exciting track
  11. He's off to scunny as they are running out of riders will come in as their number one with his seven point average
  12. No defence offered for Carl his actions were not great did get knocked off though some you win some you lose only thing I would say it was the lamest kick I've seen since Chris waddles penalty in italia 90 both never got near the intended target
  13. Sunday's ain't no good to me either due to sons grasstrack commitments but rather Sunday afternoons and been able to attend 50% of the meetings than Friday nights and no meetings , Sunday's were always well attended so good luck Rob remember all publicity is good publicity
  14. The Morris lunna incident from my view was as lunna want to pass Morris stuck out his leg to close the gap was it a kick or just games men ship only Morris knows he did tho connect with lunna on his left side causing him to hit the fence with his elbow could of been worse but thankfully wasn't ,what went on after probably wouldn't of happened if the auty tungate incident hadn't happened tensions running high
  15. Can some one please confirm the gate positions for the auty tun gate incident please Always do love the speedway at scunny
  16. Yep Scunthorpe supporter but I do believe my comments were unbiased don't have a problem losing but never witnessed anything like this sit ins fights good racing poor ref good beer and on a promise from the wife
  17. The first auto tun gate incident was a strange one Roman came off gate one and ended up by the fence on turn two on what was a pretty even start for all coming together all four back nothing out of the ordinary at scunny on another night either could of been excluded by a different ref but the deliberate actions to run into another rider when well behind after the finish of a race is out of order. Have to say this probably has to be the finest display of poor refereeing I have ever seen whit the wilkinson Nielsen incident then Morris lunna I understand it's a mans sport but this went to far
  18. Scunny by two with a decent crowd will do me and hopefully with better racing than witnessed at Sheffield last night
  19. As said above third rate riders from abroad are generally miles ahead in terms of ability than third rate British lads sad but true. I always enjoyed Sunday's at ewr but Friday nights give so much better racing especially as autumn comes loads of moisture in the track naturally creating more racing lines. Sunday afternoons no good to me anymore and would probably reduce my attendance to half of what it is but could see a 6.30 start generating more interest as its a great way to finish the weekend
