Meeting was lost in last heat but would rather lose with your rider going for the heat win than him playing follow the leader to gain the meeting win no league points at stake so not a problem.i would rather be entertained in a close race than watching a procession . Thomas will entertain you frustrate you and please you normally all at once but must say he was great value at scunny wether he was scoring loads or not many always tries his best

Really enjoyed that meeting the track was so much better than against Sheffield think it's going to be a good season not sure on play offs or league position but entertainment is going to be top notch

Im with tony nobody remembers the league cup I see these meetings as track time for the team, even more so when you loose your first two, would suggest manager was thinking the same when giving Perks all his rides
