Why isn't there scope, you need to make scope. The Swedish and Polish leagues kick in later than ours and have less matches. A 3 match test series in Poland, Sweden, Denmark or elsewhere will bring these on and allow them to learn in a less pressured environment. It's in these sort of situations you should pick one or two experienced riders and a bunch of kids with potential.

No, 11 is more than 9. As I previously said, there's a world of difference in King getting 9 at a track he's ridden since a kid and racing in foreign conditions in the biggest team competition. Riders like him should get experience of such conditions in Test Matches not World Cup competitions.
