  1. From everyone at Mildenhall --well done Lego!!! We are so proud of you mate!! He has become a legend very quickly at West Row and did himself and the club proud with a brilliant showing in Lonigo. He is quite clearly a rider who will make it to the top --just needs a big sponsor or two to get behind him to buy some engines. and to answer Speedguy --yes dad Fred is still racing --and I know he was a very proud dad last night in Italy along with Sean Wilson who was out to support Kyle. I just wish I could have been in two places at the same time and been along side Lego in the pits --but hey what a night --a great win over King's Lynn at home then Lego doing so well. It was quite funny as those who stayed behind in the bar at Mildenhall waited with high hopes as I was getting updates from Lonigo and every time my phone beeped with a new text message the place went silent --but it wasn't silent when the one came through he had won the run-off and was through!!
  2. You can say that again Rob B!! But all sorted and young Lego is out on the ferry today and heading for Italy. Quite a rush to say the least --and I've got to meet up with him on the way to bring him his GTS covers which were picked up last night at 9pm and his methanol. Just wish I could have gone with him but with two meetings this weekend there was no chance!! I take it that there are 8 going through from each semi ?
  3. Can I thank Tomas Pozrl for e-mailing me the draw. Meant I could get on with getting Kyle organised !! Bit of a rush to get everything done though.
  4. Thanks Mummy fairy!! Tried to find out off Armando and he thought in next few days. Pretty rushed though as ferries have to be booked. hotels and then they will leave midweek to drive to either venue. Just wonder what will happen if the Swedish meeting was rained off on Friday ??? Seems a bit rushed really --pity there wasn't a few weeks to get things organised. Just hope Kyle gets Lonigo as that will be easier to get organised --already have his hotel sorted if he gets that one!! Just a pity I won't be able to join him as have a home meeting on the Sat (7th) and away on the Sunday at Newport!!
  5. now i just need to convince more people about the macdonald brothers. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Blimey the one of them hasn't been in Coronation Street for years ???!! (although the rumour is that the one who has also rides for Sheffield at No. 1!!) --sorry Ricky!!
  6. As the final qualifier is not until next Friday when will the semi-final draw be done as the meetings are the following weekend in Italy and Slovenia ? Doesn't leave much time for planning where a rider is going and making the necessary arrangements !!!
  7. Yahoo!!! well done Lego --when are where are the semis?? Just had text off him asking if I'm coming to semi-finals with him.
  8. did wonder about that but it was not clear . Anyone know if there will be any updates from Terenzano anywhere ?---lots of Fen Tigers (and Sheffield ones ) plus the Canadian Lego followers who are interested.
  9. Are the above updates definitely on tonight from Terenzano ??
  10. Thanks Iris. Got a text this afternoon to say that Tomas Suchanek had finished 2nd and it looks like he lost a run-off for 1st by those results. Well done Tomas. Any idea the date and venue for the Final ?
  11. How many go through from each meeting to semi-finals ? Four ?
  12. Only one I know is Kyle Legault at Terenzano !!
  13. good to see the bids on the increase on the last day --just await the last minute rush.
  14. Afraid not my dear!! Maybe Saturday ???? Anyway come on folks get bidding on those Dream team goodies!!
  15. If there's enough of them we'll certainly make sure they do!!! So get your bid in!!!
  16. if only Semion, if only!! So Momma Fairy are my six numbers coming out in tonight's lotto draw ??? And hope you've put in your bid for a Dream Team race jacket Semion ????
  17. Oh I realised that Momma Fairy. Just an amazing co-incidence that Trevor from Wolves was asking about them on Sunday and before I had chance to get hold of you to see when they were going on , there they were!! Great bit of Fairies Magic --now can you do the same with my lotto numbers tonight (just wondering when I would win millions --and if you can do your fairy magic on that may just find you a 2006 badge from somewhere!! )
  18. Yes come on folks let's get some serious bidding going for the Dream Team colours --don't forget this goes towards their tour costs as they all pay their own way over here to race on the tour. I know one person at Wolverhampton who was asking me when they were going on e-bay when he came to Mildenhall on Sunday --and like magic the fairies have them on there within days !! There are also a few 2007 Dream Team gold and silver badges left --why not have one of each?? Will post details on this in another thread.
  19. It certainly is mate. Can't wait to go back again. Anyway when you over ? have to save up to buy you a beer or ten!!??
  20. It is absolutely superb. Popped in the other week when Mildenhall were at Rye House. Went round with Rob & Sue Woffinden and Louis Carr and had guided tour from Gentleman George Barclay. I know there are plans to sort out something for a speedwy museum entry only at some stage --but it is a MUST for all fans to pay a visit. *I know that some clubs are organising trips there on the day their teams race at Rye House and George is very keen to get the away riders there as well to do some promotional work for the museum. But a visit to the Wildlife Park is well worth it as well --just wished I had left more time but spent several hours in the museum going round and round and back round again as every time you do this you seem to find something new that you missed before!! All credit to George and Linda (hope you're feeling better!) and to Pete Sampson for what they have done. Missed seeing Pete as he was in a board meeting and then busy but George has invited me back when I can make it and promised me a special trip round the Wildlife Park that Pete will organise. The message though is quite clear --get yourself down there --it is mind blowing and absolutely superb. You can also now sign the visitors book and add your comments --- I was the proud first person to do this for George with Rob and Louis adding theirs too. SUPPORT THE SPEEDWAY MUSEUM!!!!!
  21. It was Chris Kerr but that was two years ago now!! --and he went out and got 12 points and finished 4th .
  22. Two I do know are the USA duo of Dale Facchini and Kenny Ingalls.
  23. thanks!! thought you were my friend!!!
  24. Sorry I wasn't there to meet the boys but only got back from the Isle of Wight at 4.15!! With no ferry back between 9.30 and 11.30 this means a late return home --will catch up with the boys later today.
  25. The 2007 Dream Team logo is unveiled on the website homepage : www.usadreamteam.co.uk Also the 7th rider for the tour is named inthe latest news.
