Guess Darcy Ward won't show up at the track anymore tonight

Ward's already said it's very unlikely he will be racing for Torun next year. Guess he doesn't enjoy being suspended from time to time You won't know until Wednesday evening. As for the U-21 Team World Cup - don't know about the other teams but Bydgoszcz are racing against Czestochowa in the race-off. Cz-wa will be missing Woffinden and Bridger.

CANCELLED, that's what they've just said. Cieslak has just said they are going to postpone it for Wednesday. That's a date both clubs have agreed on

During the Gorzow v ZG there was a proper thunderstorm + heaving rainfail in Bydgoszcz and it went to the Torun direction ...but they said on telly they were going to race in Torun - just be patient - lots of track work needed now

GORZOW ARE OUT no matter what. That's because Tarnow won their first match. While Gorzow didn't win any match so despite the aggregate points they didn't score any league points. Just as Bradford Ace explained it: Can't imagine Gollob coming back to UK. He doesn't seem to need it and he could only get injured there.

It's a big surprise ZG have made it But they were better today, they worked hard for this success today so they deserve to be there, in the semi. One Gollob's not enough, as it turns out!

No, it's on. Not watching it online as I have TVP Sport on at mine. Riders parade at the moment. Just try another channel - it must be somewhere. At least 10 mins left till the 1st heat.

Ward makes the whole team down in every single match scoring about 3 points or less. There is no excuse for his performances. Stats don't lie in this case. It doesn't matter what you saw in one match. What matters is what's been happening throughout the whole season. They are both nothing special but Jensen seems to be a bit better on the Polish ground than Ward.

Because Darcy Ward has been utterly rubbish this year in Ekstraliga? They seem to be very strict on him since his drinking achievements in Torun night clubs were widely described in a couple of local newspapers/websites a few weeks ago. He may be good in Elite League but over here he's just one the worst riders of the whole league.

Well, actually it's not. As HenryW wrote above, Kolodziej's not really a gater (or at least his bike was not set-up for the gate today) but before that race he was passing other riders in all of his races, in one heat he came from 4th to 1st...So I'm pretty sure he'd have finished at least 2nd in his last race. Not quoting the rest of your post as I simply DISAGREE with what you wrote

I could also say a few words about Woffinden's attitude to his racing in the Polish league but I don't like repeating myself ...
