  1. Gollob confirmed this on this on his website so looks like he's about to sign with Gorzow in fact. http://www.sportowefakty.pl/zuzel/2008/09/...lob-potwierdza/ It's a shame if he does it but least he's not gonna keep us in suspense till March when it would be too late too get any decent rider instead.
  2. This has worried me a bit but I'm not gonna believe in any 'Gollob going there or Gollob staying here' story until he signs his contract with a given and it's officially announced. Anyway, won't be surprised if he stays in Gorzow.
  3. Well done Poland! A sweet little revenge for this year's SWC

  5. Luton -> Poznan @ 13.30, as for me So excited already! TOMEK GOLLOB TOMEK!!!!!
  6. Must be. It's my hometown, every CCTV at the stadium will be following me Can't fly away just on a cheap warm lager
  7. Have just checked it - now it's not working for me either None of those videos on itvp.pl.
  8. Gdansk v Bydgoszcz 39:52!!! Woohoo, we're almost back in Ekstraliga!!! Thank you AJ, Emil, Okon, Jajacek, Buczek and Siopek, you made me so happy and so proud today! It was Polonia Bydgoszcz at their best, the team I love, the team which simply deserves to ride in Ekstraliga Can't wait next year's top matches and derby with Torun already! ..as well as tomorrow's video from this match on itv24.com.pl
  9. But thanks a lot for the info Tommy, least I know what to do now
  10. It seems to be working, but is in Polish indeed. To order tickets you have to register yourself first... Tommy, are there any student tickets?? As heard about some priced at 70 zl but can't find it anywhere in this booking system 90 zl is a rip off, IMHO. PS. Anyway, where would you like to sit guys??
  11. But they are both disappointing in Poland and Sweden too...
  12. If I was the one giving the wild card it would go to Emil Sajfutdinov. The guy's amazing around this track, the most entertaining rider since Gollob's Bydgoszcz years in my opinion. Jagus doesn't want to ride in SGP any more. He may do well but who cares..? I think the aim is to attract some fans from Torun but who needs them actually? Will be sell out anyway.
  13. You have kind of a classic play-off in Ekstraliga so at the moment we know the fixtures for the upcoming two rounds only. But as for Division 1, it's not really a play-off - the table's just been divided into 2 groups of four - the top and the bottom one. So all fixtures for the last 6 rounds are already known. Easier to plan any trip than in Ekstraliga then. Coming back to Poland shortly before the Bydgoszcz GP so am gonna do all Bydgoszcz matches after it. Which means Ostrow v Bydg, Bydg v Poznan and finally Bydg v Gdansk
  14. How boring you are. At the very beginning I was against letting Holta ride for Poland as well but now I really don't care, especially that he's been riding as a Pole in all international meetings for a few years now (unlike in the past when he was Polish in the league and Norwegian in SGP ). Honestly, more fun cheering for your team fighting for the Championship almost every year (even with ONE imported rider on board) than watching super English but super weak team GB
  15. And the stupid ref. Least the Danes had their pants full of sh.t
  16. A few of my thoughts after yesterday. 1. If Jagus hadn't had ef it would be Poland in the final. 2. It was a hard decision for the Polish manager who should be picked to ride the extra heat but have seen too much speedway to choose anyone but Gollob for this. He was made for such heats, he knows how to cope with a massive pressure. Can't say he'd win it but I'm pretty sure that even if he missed it at the gate we'd have seen a fight throughout all 4 laps, inside - outside etc.. 3. Heat 24 - the so called Gollob classic 4. Last 3 winners (or something about) of SWC rode in race-offs
  17. I don't have time to follow threats on Polish forums, too many idiots there , but I quickly looked at Polish biggest speedway website SportoweFakty.pl/zuzel and everyone (journalists, experts etc.) are moaning about the ref there. So I guess it's about the same on Polish forums
