Correct, the investigation was held by the SCB, you would think any appeal will be heard by them to. If there is new evidence from the Cook side then all well and good, if this is an appeal for convenience just to get Cook riding in important meetings for Glasgow and Kings Lynn then I hope it is treated with the contempt it deserves.

We can go round in circles for as long as you want, the SCB have band the three riders, their decision wont change and its very unlikely there will be further punishment.
Seems some on here want their pound of flesh, particularly Martin Dugard. Whatever Dugard did or didn't do after the SCB investigation he has nothing to answer, so can we not put all this to bed.
Seems that Craig Cook was approached about getting a reserve place for Cardiff but turned it down as he wanted to be there on merit. IMO the two reserves should be two of our younger riders, Edwards and Kemp would've been ideal especially as both qualified for the recent European Under-19 Final, maybe Dan Bewley or Leon Flint. Not quite sure what King and Harris will learn from the experience.
