  1. The weather will need to behave and as I post it just about is, but it is very dull and I doubt the track covers will be allowed as Berwick Rangers are playing at home against Greenock Morton. Alfie Bowtell guests in place of the injured Lee Payne.
  2. http://www.poolepirates.co/news/2017-07-15_lahti-joins-the-pirates-party.html
  3. Forecast aint that bad. http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2655819
  4. Berwick should be able to welcome back Nick Morris back into the team so it will be only one guest required for Lee Payne.
  5. For anyone who used to go to speedway, and now doesn't, I`m not sure what there is to be thankful about.
  6. As far as keeping their fans up to date, on team news and any other relevant information, the official site has been very poor this season. Home win tonight but 10-12pts.
  7. It was Woffinden himself who decided he didn't want to race for Team GB, it will have to take Woffinden to make himself available, and there doesn't seem any sign of that.
  8. No Sedgman tomorrow night as he is out with concussion.
  9. Don`t think that Glasgow are the only promotion to be taking in by Barker.
  10. But Mr Barrie has told us many times, usually via his programme column, that he doesn`t do BSF and has be told about whats happening on here, So your point is a good one, he is either a hypocrite or a liar or both.
  11. A season or two ago Przedpelski seemed to be the next top Polish rider, especially when a junior reserve at Torun, since moving out of the junior position things have not moved on. Now he finds himself at Leicester with a chance to do well and regain confidence, should he do that of course and gets a regular team place back in Poland you can bet he won`t be slow in giving up on Leicester.
  12. Very decent meeting, seems very much like an away win for Leszno though.
  13. Before the Leicester fans get carried away, like all signings of Polish riders lets see how many meetings he will miss.
  14. Leicester Speedway‏ @SpeedwayLions 5m5 minutes ago More BREAKING | Welcome to Leicester PAWEL PRZEDPELSKI! The Polish sensation replaces Jason Garrity subject to BSPA approval - reaction soon.
  15. Giving his scores for Belle Vue and Workington this season, becoming British Champion and seeing how Cook is doing in SGP Qualification so far I`m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that last night was just a bad meeting.
  16. Where its almost certain we will need two guests once again with Lee Payne injured and Nick Morris either still on the injury list or he will be riding for Swindon in their meeting with Belle Vue.
  17. Whilst I agree with you why you Team GB riders bother with the pressure, cut and thrust of racing in Poland when they can make a very comfortable living riding for two clubs in Britain.
  18. Thanks to Robbie B for running this competition.
  19. Quite a meeting, as at the end of Ht5 things were looking bleak for Berwick, with another hammering on the cards, but an 8-1 in Ht6 and it all changed. Don`t know if it was over confidence, or thinking an away win was in the bag but the Ipswich collapse was alarming and they must be disappointed they didn't come away with a full point away win. Great effort from the home side who just came up short in the end. If Havelock has left the club, or is taking time away you`d like to think there would be some kind of an announcement from the club. You have the odd situation where from Friday`s meeting at Edinburgh you have direct quotes attributed to Havelock when he wasn't there.
  20. Bit like Australia in the race off last night.
  21. Say hoover but put a K instead of the H at the front and I think you have the word you are looking for, or maybe you are thinking of a different word entirely.
  22. After crashing at Scunthorpe last night there is a doubt over Ben Hopwood guesting for Berwick tonight. Lovely start weather wise, sunny with hardly a cloud to be seen.
