  1. Are Scunthorpe still doing their average reconfiguration calculations.
  2. Agree with you, I thought Hts 13 & 15 were as good races as you could ever want to see.
  3. There`s an update on Berwick`s Facebook page on his condition, if all goes well with MRI scans he will be allowed home to recover, worse case is that he will require an operation.
  4. Kevin Doolan has scored 15 +1 from six rides today guesting for Peterborough at Scunthorpe, another score like that would be very handy.
  5. The state Berwick were in any win was a good win, our best rider out injured, reserve out injured, and one or two among the walking wounded. A home win with some good racing = good night at the speedway.
  6. I like the idea of a new rider coming to the club with a view of getting him a new average, must be one or two out there we can czech out.
  7. I think giving his injury Seb faces quite a while on the sidelines.
  8. Garcia is having x-rays as a precaution on an injury picked up in today's meeting, so there`s a chances Glasgow will be looking for a guest. It could be a real guest fest tomorrow.
  9. IMO lack of proper punctuation in the rule book is the least of our worries.
  10. I am confident that we wont see Gjedde in a Berwick race jacket be it short, medium or long term. More chance Micheal Hertrich.
  11. I think you`d get pretty impressive odds on that happening.
  12. Fair enough though I am surprised, but giving the events at Glasgow today regarding Ht15 tape offences and who can and who cant come out in any rerun I believe anything these days, seems rules are writing but very rarely followed.
  13. Didnt mean for Rye House but certainly meetings at Berwick giving his performance last night.
  14. Jamie Halder has a suspected broken wrist while Martin Knuckley has suffered a compound fracture of his right leg, hopefully both riders will make full recoveries and be back asap.
  15. Don`t think you can use a guest for an assessed average rider. Alden at one will at least mean in the short term we can use a guest, giving his performance last night I hope we have David Bellego`s phone number.
  16. Pyjper certainly didn't look like racing any time soon on Berwick`s victory lap last night, arm in a sling and a pack on his shoulder, hopefully time will be a great healer between now and Friday. If I`m right it can only be a NL rider without a PL team place.
  17. So Fisher will guest for Lambert, do we know who guests for Lewis Rose.
  18. Berwick`s team manager argued that Berwick shouldve been allowed to replace Pyjper, the referee ruled they couldn't and had to use Pyjper off 15m, Berwick did know the rules it appears the on night referee didn't.
  19. Comfortable win for the home team against what ended up to be a depleted Coventry team with Halder and Knuckley with with drawn from the meeting. Hopefully both riders, plus Liam Carr who had a practice after Berwick`s PL meeting last night, are back very soon, in-particular Knuckley who`s crash today sounded horrible reading the reports.
  20. In the recent Berwick v Newcastle meeting, Berwick`s Theo Pyjper was excluded for tape touching in Ht15, on this occasion Berwick were forced to use Pyjper off 15m, I`d love to know the reason why Glasgow were allowed to use Summers and Berwick weren't allowed to replace Pyjper.
  21. Could the ref at the recent Berwick v Newcastle match see this post, he might learn something.
  22. The quicker Buster rips up the rule book and starts again with simpler rules that everyone understands and adheres to the better.
  23. If I were Newcastle I`d look into the events of Ht15, in their recent match with Berwick the same thing happened but Theo Pyper was forced to go off 15m as Worrall shouldve done this afternoon.
