As its Rye House maybe we could sign up Michal Palm Toft for a special appearance.
-
If Mikkel is to race over here he is perhaps the new signing that Redcar are looking to make, certainly make sense with his brother in the team already.
-
As long as Alden remains our No1 in the averages then guests will fill the gap adequately, obviously if that changes then I am sure the club will already be looking at possible alternatives. I agree with you, I`d like to see a new rider come in with an eye on next season, though now we have Poland, Sweden in full swing, add in SGP Qualification, SEC Qualification, Under-21 Finals, getting any kind of decent rider to commit to our fixtures will be a problem, for example our new rider Hummell will miss our fixture at Rye House next Saturday but it looks like this could be the only meeting he misses.

Maybe its time to hand over the writing of the rule book to an independent body, or a person without an interest in any club. Why should he, what had he got to do with it.

How boring is this thread.

Berwick V Redcar, 28/5/16. 7pm.

A team in Berwicks position any kind of win was a welcome one, add in some very decent racing and it was well worth my £15 entrance. Seb Alden now goes to No1 in our averages which will cushion the blow somewhat as we will use guests as cover. If chosen I think David Bellego past his audition last night with flying colours. I stayed to watch some of the second half, Liam looked OK but was on track on his own so how quick he was going is always difficult to tell. -
Well I find him hugely exciting.

Very entertaining and enjoyable meeting with lots of good racing, a meeting where finally got lady luck on their side and after all the bad luck we`ve had I am sure no one will begrudge us that. Bjerre was away and clear in Ht1 but ground to a halt, Anderson`s own bike failed to make the start of Ht4, he swapped to a team mates bike then left the track when it was halted thanks to Jorgensen`s jumping the start and was excluded, Anderson also had an adventurous second ride that ended up with him and his bike bouncing down the home straight, thankfully he was on his feet almost straight away. Skidmore and Bellego were excellent for Redcar, Bjerre shouldve had more but for his Ht1 stoppage and Danny Ayres deserved far more for his efforts than he got. Redcar provided nine of the fifteen race winners. Got to hand it to Berwick tonight as an all round team performance saw them home, including a very impressive home debut for Romano Hummell, he will certainly take a liking to the bigger tracks but he might struggle on the smaller tighter ones but as debut`s go this was very impressive. Most important part of the night was the collection organised by the Berwick Supporters Club which raised the magnificent sum of £1970 for Seb Alden, to which the home riders paid homage to by doing their victory lap in their helmets and under wear. -

Sad to read that young Krystian has lost his battle against his recent injuries. Condolences to all family and friends at this tragic time. -
Looks like Leicester will have to do without Wozniak for the foreseeable future. http://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/604505/szymon-wozniak-bez-zgody-na-starty-w-elite-league

What a fantastic Supporters Club Berwick have. As for the meeting I still think have more than enough for Redcar. -
Changes for the sake is change could well leave our sport in a worse position than its in now, but I think we can all agree that change is needed. Sticking to the rules, what ever they are, would be a step in the right direction for a start.

I like Buster at the helm but lets wait and see what comes from tearing up the rule book, its something that shouldve happened many years ago so its at least a positive the its happening at all. Devil will be in the detail.

Best wishes to Seb Alden after his accident last night, good news is he has full movement in arms and legs and will have surgery on Wednesday.

Always horrible to hear news on injured riders, particularly the bad ones, hopefully both Seb and Josh will be back to full fitness asap. -

Cracking looking team, might just be a dark horse for a play off spot. Lets hope the work that the Plymouth promotion have done in putting the team together is rewarded at the turnstiles. -

Just hope this isn't complete hammering. -
Obviously his injury isn't as bad as it could've been or described on here, hopefully he comes back either at Berwick or some where else and is able to complete the season injury free.

Does anyone need a news letter to tell them that. -
Delighted to see the team running with seven riders and bringing in a new asset to the club, I share some of the concerns made by Topsoil earlier today. Lets hope the team comes good now and we can get up that PL table. Maybe Mellgren will make a return, in Sweden, quite soon.

Doyle of late has got involved in incidents that were entirely his fault, but yesterday`s crashes were down to track conditions, a number of riders lifted on bends one and two and it was a surprise that the kind of accident Doyle had with NKI didn't happen sooner. -
No of course not but three wrongs don`t make a right, lets be honest Atkin and Armstrong aren`t anywhere near PL level any more, Hall probably is.
