What I do know is we have a meeting to enjoy and support, for a worthy cause. You may have understood wrong,Im sure there's been occasions where Berwick riders have avoided turning up at benefit, testimonial meetings at other tracks, it happens so get over it.It could be argued that Robin Aspegren has not turned up at a few Berwick meetings this season.

Like your thinking,to be honest this is the team this promotion couldve signed in year one of their tenure when there was a real positivity about the place and a chance to take a chance or two with team selections,IMO fans couldve seen what was happening with so many new riders.Its similar to what Peter Waite did in his first year with Franc,Makovsky and Rymel.Fans wouldve seen the attraction of the new riders as new assets,but that chance was missed so Im thinking a team like yours would be to much of a gamble right now.

Agree with you about Aspegren,in general he`s been poor this season so its time to get rid for me to.I thought Alden would've done far better then he has, Id still look at him for a team place as he`s an asset of the club but I can see why others would give him the chop to.

Another fairly predictable defeat for Berwick, but you`ll never get anywhere if you only provide one race winner all night. Agree with you about washing your dirty linen in public, but every now and again it never does any harm for the manager or promotion to come out and criticize certain riders and their performances, it might just give them the kick in the pants they need. If not then the riders become comfortable, thats something I believe has happened at Berwick.
