No Ryan Douglas for Ipswich last night, it remains to be seen if he takes his place in the Scunthorpe meeting tonight, and Tero Aarnio for that matter.
This meeting may need one or two more guests that there is already.
A couple or three seasons ago Nick Morris became riders champion while with Berwick, but never made another appearance for Berwick until he came back the following season with another club.
Could the same thing be about to happen with Chris Harris.
Never mind the announcement for Harris, how about announcing Harris isn't going to be there in the first place. There was a preview of the meeting on social media yesterday with no mention that the Berwick No1 would be missing.
I wouldn't mind Bickley in the team but before that he needs to take a long hard look at himself and decide just where his career is going. A new back up team, mechanics etc, wouldn't be a bad place to start. Sadly just at the minute his career is going nowhere.
I would be surprised if Bickley is used in our Championship team, I think that maybe the relationship between club and rider has become strained of late.
I would imagine that Leon is just delighted to get out of Cardiff in one piece. Good ride in his last qualifying ride, and made the semi`s, who knows how well he would've done had the meeting continued.
The organisers have been warned that if the track is as bad as it was last night this could be carnage, lets see what happens. My feeling is first accident due to the track and that will be that.
