The information giving last night was that Berwick had applied for a visa extension as Knudson`s original visa only lasted six weeks. The visa is currently being processed by the Home Office and as many will know through their own experience that does take time just at the minute, Knudson`s current visa ran out last night. The club hope to have a new extension in place by next Saturday`s meeting with Glasgow, time will tell if that happens or not.

Chris Harris was part of a winning Team GB from their European Pairs Semi held in France last night, they won the meeting with 21pts with Harris scoring 4+2.

Looks like it will be Connor Coles who could be guesting for Berwick at Leicester tomorrow.

Jonas Knudson's visa expires at midnight tonight, therefore he won't be at Leicester tomorrow. Hopefully is visa will be reinstated before Berwick's next meeting.

There is the Asda car park that is a 5 min walk from the track, that'swhere I will going. The circus is on the upper section of the car park so getting in and out will be difficult.

Leon Flint has been named as one of the track reserves for the SGP2 round at Cardiff along side Drew Kemp, the wild card pick has gone to Tom Brennan.

What ever way you look at it Leon Flint is head and shoulders above any other rider in this line up, to be honest it will be more of a shock if he doesn't win it. Yes there is the un-knowing factors of engine failures, falls, re-runs etc but Leon is the best rider there and should win.

I would say it would be more of a shock if Leon didn't win this meeting, as you say he is the stand out rider in the line up.

Looks like Harris will be at Armadale on Friday at least, so lets be grateful for that.

Yes riding with Adam Ellis and Tom Brennan as far as I know, the meeting is a semi final with the Final in Slangerup on August 27th, another Saturday night where Berwick are due to be at home to Scunthorpe which could mean another Harrisless Berwick team.

I am afraid if there isn't enough money in the club to reimburse its customers then Rob Grant will need to get the wallet out and pay, he was happy to take the fans money over the winter when offering a season full of racing so should take the responsibility now Newcastle cant complete the season.
