Decent enough meetings with two welcome home wins, for first one coming as a bit of a surprise. Berwick got themselves in front early on and once Leicester had used their tactical ride Berwick seemed to cope comfortable enough. Excellent heat twelve between Etheridge and Howarth. Douglas and Morris excellent for Leicester, Proctor might as well have stayed at home, very poor from a rider of his experience. Credit to all the riders, staff and even referee Mcgregor who got all thirty heats done and dusted inside three hours.

screm replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Over the last few season`s Berwick`s away performances have been nothing to write home about. I expect that to continue this Wednesday. -
After watching Proctor last night at Berwick, where he was very poor, I don't blame you. As for Bridger, who`s not surprised.

Delays to injured riders is something we all understand and are willing to tolerate, but to leave your customers standing about for any length of time only watching track prep is totally unacceptable. -

Decent meeting and a welcome home win, Scunthorpe had no luck on the night and Berwick took full advantage. Word for Josh Macdonald who wont forget his first visit to Berwick, credit to him that he ended his night with a much deserved win. -

Retired while last in his first ride, clutch disintegrated at the tapes in his second ride then retired after being over taken in his third and final ride, certainly a night to forget for Tero. -
