I agree that excluding Morris was the correct decision, whether it was dirty however is a different matter.

Maybe at some tracks social distancing will be a bigger issue than others, for example at Newcastle where only one side is available compared to Berwick where the whole stadium is available, though as has already been said going on normal crowds you`d like to think it wont have a big impact. Majority of clubs would love that problem.
-
Giving the current situation and the vast majority of riders who are available already snapped up Plymouth might find things a bit harder than normal actually putting together a competitive team.
-
It was Phil Morris, judge for yourselves if he was actually at fault.

First signing to be announced 10am on Wednesday.

Looks like you will get some kind of an announcement from Plymouth later today.

I think I am right in saying Lewis was part of the Revolution Racing stable and had all his kit supplied to him, I think at the time he signed for Berwick he had six bikes. Sadly, although very professionally turned out, those Jawa bikes simply weren't quick enough and those were soon ditched in favour of GM bikes bought from Jonas Kylmakorpi. Things looked like they were going the right way but Bridger suffered injury. Since that time he has tried, boxing and body building, and now fancies another at speedway, wish him all the best but I fear Kings Lynn are taking a big gamble in signing Bridger as there`s always something simmering in the back ground with him.

If Berge is racing in either of leagues one or two in Poland, which he is, he can still ride in two other leagues, that may be Britain. But I dont see that at Scunthorpe or any other Championship team for that matter, if Berge does race over here I think it will be for a team in the Premiership.

Someone might want to point out to them that Somerset have pulled out of racing for this season.

SGB Championship 2021 Confirmed Signings
screm replied to TotallyHonestJohn's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
If I understand the new rules correctly there are one or two clubs that will need to make a change or two before the new season. For example Edinburgh, they currently have William Lawson and James Sargeant at reserve, and will no disrespect to them part of the new rules is to create a clear pathway for young British riders and I don't see how that applies to either Sargeant or Lawson. -

I delighted when Bridger signed for Berwick a few seasons back, he looked the part, turned up with immaculate equipment and came over as very professional. Things then started to go wrong, first machinery, then loss of form, then missing meetings. Very talented rider but with Lewis there always seems a back story.

So nearly a week on from the AGM , are we any further forward.

Bridger is indeed making a comeback.
