Super Blue Posted February 19, 2015 Report Share Posted February 19, 2015 Well I've used the "contact us" section on the Witches website to try and get some clarification on the visa situation for Gino and Rohan quoting the Mike Bacon shouldn't be an issue comments. I'm now taking bets on :- 1 Will I get a reply at all? 2 What the response will be? 3 Will the mud be any clearer? So what whats my chances then? Will keep you posted, don't hold your breath! 2ndbendbeerhut Posted February 19, 2015 Report Share Posted February 19, 2015 Maybe they arrived on a holiday visa and are here (in Europe) to sort out equipment etc. Then when their work visa arrives they will leave the UK and then re- enter. Wouldn't say there's any mud, but they cant tell you what they don't know. Just a case of wait and hope. Both qualify, but there are other issues, both appear fairly minor. When I say minor, they sound minor to me, but if it was my job to keep immigration figures down, and I could find an excuse to stop people coming in, then I'd find any excuse. There are plenty of bods on here with much greater inside knowledge of rules , regs , criteria etc than alot of us mere mortals and no one as yet can come up with a definitive cast iron reason by which Gino qualifies .
