Why do people think after one crash, he'll stop riding over here? 1 hour ago, szkocjasid said: 1) I was more referring to the fact that even the day of / day after his crash many were suggesting Nicki would quit Peterborough. 2) That article reads as speculation to me, as you point out no sources listed Because people know who pulls the strings in world speedway right now and could foresee the potential reaction from Polish clubs to the first hint to any risk to one of their big investments

It’s well rumoured he wasn’t happy with track prep at that meeting which then resulted in the white line being moved. Maybe he has thought he isn’t riding on sub standard tracks every week - which I called on the night of that meeting. Allegedly his bikes are already out of the country and back in Europe… So expect a guest or RR as he is then deemed to be withholding his services and a 28 day facility granted. LisaColette
28 days for Buster to come to his senses and drop his grudge! He is just hurting Peterborough in the long run more than Chris!

Lindback wants to ride over here but would be more a Worrall replacement Tungate would come at a cost again a Worrall replacement Could Laguta be tempted? Kenneth Bjerre? Rasmus Jensen? Matej Zagar? Chris Holder?

As you pointed out Worrall scored double KK, he even equalled KK & Klindt's scored combined! I don't get it either
LagutaRacingFan
Nicki's legacy in the sport will be tarnished if he pulls out of his Panthers contract. The world titles will have an asterisk next to them. Edited April 6, 2023 by BassoRacingFan

Gasser90
It’s safe to say the panthers are screwed. With 5 league meetings in April and no number 1. They don’t have the any cup fixtures to waste so if they lose all 5 meeting which is likely at this stage I would say that’s playoffs out the question. Baldyman
Buster has been getting slated for weeks,, but now they are gonna want him to stick his hand in his pocket and pull off a good signing. Maybe he will give it the big F U

The utter stupidity of trying to begin the season in March, bites GB speedway on the bum once again. And if Pedersen has walked away, it would make "Buster Chapman"'s recent eulogy to him ring rather hollow, wouldn't it? Are messrs Ljung and Buzkowski still riding?? TTT
Nicki P gone then? At least something good will come out of this mess assuming it's a double team change. Time for Buster to be a team player and work with his colleagues to put the clubs best interests first instead of making decisions based on his own personal interest and nobody else's, I've got faith in this Nicki P mess being the wake up call he needed. Now we've just go to hope that a few good HL's make themselves available to us in order to get us out of this mess.
