Poole 2025

If pilots had boxed clever regarding cairns, they could have used him as guest for 5 meetings, get other guest bookings wherever, then sign him full time on a 2.00 average for 2026, think a bit of an oops by pilots management 🤔

And then we would have been accused of cheating, as per usual 🤔

3.81 average is a good average to build the team around, throw in Anders, Lawson, Zack (not sure) plus newcomers Bailey, Rushden and Taite Z would be a good base of a solid team.

That struck me too at the start of the season. But perhaps that would have been seen as so blatant that there would have been a risk of retaliation (for example by including play-off scores in GSA calculations)

Forget Bailey and Rushen, try and get Pawelczak. Unbelievable talent.

Tate Z would be 1 point to high on points available if it is Lawson/Rowe/Zach Cook/Cairns/Bailey (4) and Rushden.

I calculate 5.88 left.

If that's the case cant see anything that excites at that kind of level based on latest GSA's.

Glasgow have shown there are exciting Overseas youngsters out there on a 5 and Nagel has shown that and could well be their title winner. It's whether the Ford's want to dip in their pockets to help finance one of the many good ones who would be interested.

Highly unlikely Workington will have a team at championship level, so he will be available imo.

If this is true, then Workington won’t have a speedway team at any level for much longer. Apart from the usual die hard like myself, a lot of people wouldn’t watch national league racing.

Didn’t Workington flourish at NDL level only in 2023? It’s since they moved up that it’s been a problem.

Taites currently rolling average is around 5.88! With regards to the Fords I don’t think they will ‘dip in their pockets’ easy option would be to keep Tobias which wouldn’t be a good move.

And we all know who is to blame for that.  They were quite happy in the NDL only to be forced up by the powers that be.

If they can land Beau Bailey and they can avoid putting day one pressure on him , they would certainly have an awesome signing on their hands, he's an out and out racer who looks like he has a massive future ahead of him.

I don't see how they could have done that, couldn't use Cairns as a guest for Ritchings, if Ritchings was available right?

Potentially could have left Ritchings in for another month, then signed Cairns when they only had 5 league meetings left?

The Fords 'will be dipping into their pockets' to pay for the new air fence!  As for Tobias, it is suggested that his Danish club will be in their top league next year so Wednesday fixtures!!!  Thats why Plymouth or Glasgow might be better options for him.......?!😜
