Probably been a few years since a rider was number one in both the Prem & Champ, Sam Masters? Harris with Glasgow and Lynn just beat him to it! Although that be changing again I guess. NumberEight
Spires have 3 Thursday meetings left ... and 3 Monday meetings. Would imagine Victor would turn up at least as much as Craig ?

Why has this been allowed, Oxford have completed 75% of their fixtures ? Rule (010.3.1) says No team changes will be allowed once that team has completed 75% of their fixtures in the following competitions:- * Premiership League * Championship League & BSN Series combined Except riders returning to the team after injury.

Good question. Unless I've missed it, there appears to be nothing on BSPL or Oxford's website to confirm the change. Wonder if is still to be approved. It might’ve been agreed prior to Monday’s meeting and there was some red tape which prevented them announcing it until yesterday…?

I thought of that but as the potential missed match is his debut wouldn't that be a 75% guest? [And therefore lower than Cook]
Hilly
What if Cook has quit, would you be allowed a replacement then? Ot guest/rr only?

If any rider retires or gets injured after the 75% match point, only guests r/r allowed. As with many rules it's brought in for a reason (stop someone signing just for the play-offs) but causes issues in other scenarios (wanting to replace a genuinely injured rider, but having to use guests instead).
