He had a 3.91 average for April, so should be at reserve with the double changes, but he's listed in the top 5! The only thing I can think of, is that because they've redeclared the team his 25% reduction is no longer used? Is that a rule? Would it make a difference if it was a Brit with a 2.5% reduction? Edit: just noticed Lewis Kerr finished 2024 on 4.89 but starts 2025 on 4.77. So can someone explain why he gets a reduction but Rowe does not? So as things stand it appears every single non "RS" Brit in the Prem has an average reduction, except for Anders Rowe! 011.2.1 Rising Stars A Rising Star who is no longer eligible will receive a 25% reduction on their Premiership League average. This 25% reduction will only apply on an initial Team Declaration in the Premiership League. For any subsequent declarations this discount will not apply. 2

I can understand why they did that, but feel it would make more sense for a former "rising star" to have the 2.5% reduction after a team declaration, keep the same ruling as every other Brit? InTheDeepStuff
Good job there’s a lack of riders willing or available to ride in the UK as there should be at least a couple of Sheffield riders either due a P45 or be on a mast warning for one after the last two away performances. OK to build a team to be string at home but to be so poor away is appalling

OK to build a team to be string at home but to be so poor away is appalling Its because there is a lack of riders that we signed Kerr & Sedgeman We can cover Tai's points and the points that Hume would have scored at home but we haven't a chance of doing it away unless one of them goes out and scores 16 like Kerr did at Kings Lynn, So unless we can unearth a 5 point rider who is going to score what Tai could have scored away we are going to struggle at away tracks but win at home, that is this season I'm afraid

Last night with the possible exception of maybe Leon Flint came out with much credit. But look at the riders you are suggesting. Jake Allen; this season he has rode for Scunthorpe 40 rides 59 points. Zaine Kennedy; 34 rides 48 points Connor Mountain; 36 rides 63 points Jonas Knudsen: 19 rides 28 points. Out of all of your suggestions I don't anything that make an improvement to the team that we already have, and I see no point in making further changes unless it will improve the team significantly improve the team. Lewis Kerr has averaged 5.71 (6.29) in his 7 matches for Sheffield this year. That is higher than his starting average. Just because he's had a poor away match, doesn't mean he should get dropped imo

Until the play-offs start there is no issue with 20 points away defeats. Fans don't like them, but it won't stop them becoming Champions. The big question is, can they do better when the league is on the line or can they continue to score 60+ at home?
