Except for the time when he picked up one of those injuries that only allowed him to ride in Poland when he should have been riding for King's Lynn and left them up the creek like Ben Cook did this season. On that note the Glasgow promotion -have proved that perhaps you can attract a decent (ish) crowd in a large City? In the same star as the Tolley interview there is a decent bit on Glagow and their ambition - they get 1500+ crowds - the type that Tolley would have loved to get! If Tolley continues somewhere else he should do it at Championship level to stem losses, try and get Rosco in as team manager and ideally find an experienced co-promoter. Like many I have grown weary. I am sad of watching you exist. A DNR sticker is the best recourse. Like a parent, a relative, a loyal pet, a great friend, it breaks my heart to see you in pain, living a sad existance. Not alive but existing. I will shed a tear but i will be thankful that the pain is over and I can remember all the great days and not the bad days! Stay safe my friend . Where does it go from here, who knows but Birmingham, thank you for your contribution to speedway in the UK over the years and the memories with the likes of Arthur Browning etc and many a good meeting at Rayleigh pre 73. I’ve seen some brum fans got refused entrance because it was full, which is good to hear that it was full but when you have the stay always coming for one last time preventing the regulars from coming. It absolutely is correct. I volunteered for 6 seasons there. Apparently that counts for nothing. Quite a few were locked out with entry refused because it was ‘sold out’. My neighbour came over after the match to say there was room. more incompetency from the club. If only speedway had that problem of actually having full crowds. Buts that’s rarely been the case for any league meeting in many a year.
