He couldn't quite believe how crap it really was, so kept going back for a,quick peek...

Until he finally decided that it is actually really crap...

Still, as many of the Witches fans have said on here, they are fine with the hammerings every week given they haven't won much for years...

And these hammerings each week will ensure their attendances stay really good because everyone follows a winning team...

A win win for Ipswich...

Big wins become a bore in the end!

In both cases the strongest team in their respective leagues are at home to arguably the worst. On, respectfully, two very average at best race tracks.

BSN need to choose their fixtures much better IMO.

When BSN just did the Championship they did have a policy of showing everyone at home twice, not including playoffs. So if they are doing the same in the Prem, you will get some comfy home wins going. Especially with a split between top 4 and bottom 3 already.

Wonder if we’ll get a Doyle v Emil final? They may be a little young to remember him, but for sure they’ll know all about him. They’ll know every time they go to the pits and see his Mural on the wall. Be sensible will be the instructions, but professional pride takes over and they’ll want to win this.

It appears not...

No Emil, Doyle or MJJ in the Billy Sanders event.

A bit disappointing, but I guess they would be too expensive.

Whilst I agree in principle about price. Neither the promotion or the broadcaster should be advertising it as the “top 4 scorers from each team”. Before a wheel was even turned tonight it was pretty obvious that Emil, Doyle and MJJ would be 3/8 top scorers and paying fans would be expecting to see them come out in the event. It’s pretty poor all round from my perspective.

I always wanted to see Peterborough eventually get the win when they were at home but I enjoyed the meeting far less if it was a non event in terms of a contest. I don’t follow the sport particularly closely in this country anymore but the results I’ve seen so far pop up on social media are a concern I think, like I’ve said before when you start with a league that only has 7 teams having 3 sides that are very poor is not good for what is already a very hard business to sell (speedway)

Congratulations to Ipswich who have put together a very strong side, hopefully another team can step up and compete with them come later in the year.

In the history of speedway, putting musielak as a tactical to replace voulas instead of MJJ instead of rew or Hulme in the next heat must be the stupidest team manager decision ever

Very poor from Chris Adams.

Painful viewing, this.

Jeppsen versus Jenkins in the last heat was the first race that didn’t feel like a visual sleeping tablet.

Between this tonight and Poole last night, what’s going on with the quality of racing?

The have's and have not's, their has to be another way of distributing riders, perhaps a draft something along the lines of the bottom team has first pick , but pick of what I have no idea because if a rider doesn't want to ride somewhere then he won't.

I was really impressed with MJJ attacked the track & looked very good. Hopefully for Brum he’ll stick around!

Brum put up the most fight we have seen at Foxhall so far this year. Rew however given he has spent 2 years on the heath was very poor, seems like Louis & co made the right call.

He was the only one who prevented a complete whitewash! However heat 13 he was nowehere, All Rew did was to end Toms maximum, i expected far more from him.

However Birmingham are 1 point better than their drubbing at Owlerton earlier this season they are improving!
