As you know, if you finish behind your teammate are rewarded with a BP, so 8+1 and 7+2 are exactly the same, e.g. a Paid Maximum is the same as a Full Maximum, because the rider has not been defeated by an opponent. It's clear that you have absolutely no interest, so please just go away. https://britishspeedway.co.uk/event/42637/ Danny King 10 above Ace Piper 11. https://britishspeedway.co.uk/event/42636 Steve Worrall 9 above Jake Allen 11 Connor Mountain 8 & Luke Harrison 8 above Zaine Kennedy 9. https://britishspeedway.co.uk/event/42944/ Ben Morley 9 above Darryl Ritchings 10. If a match is balanced to finish 45-45 or 46-44, wouldn't you find 8+1 more valuable than 7+2, if the 8 point rider gets you over the line where the 7 only gets a draw? Of course 8+1 is better than 7+2. The bonus points are only for the paypacket. They don't count towards the match score, nor the riders average. in both match score and CMA calculation 8 is better than 7. So sorry, yours is the bizarre comment. The pay for the second half races wasn't enough for Doyle and Sayfutdinov to take part. Fair enough. They're subcontractors and have their own rates in mind. It's nothing to do with match scores, it's all to do with who scored what to be in the additional races. It has been explained clearly, even in the Ipswich reports. The additional event was sponsored by Tru7 Group (the Witches main sponsor), so I'm sure the pay for taking part was worthwhile. People seem to be finding reasons to criticise for the sake of it. If the rest of the Witches following on here did the same then nobody would respond to his Trolling and he’d soon pi$$ off.

Only one of those could ride in the match races so Doyle and Emil did hear 15 although Emils bike wasn’t working so Tom did it.. It’s not rocket science just seems you want to have a pop for no reason. You do understand Doyle and Sayfutdinov scored 8 points in the match and Thompson scored 7, yes? They're the points scored in the match. They're the points that count in the averages. They're the points by which the BSPA press office rank the top scorers in the points list? Bonus points are just for the pay packet. But Ipswich have said that Doyle and Sayfutdinov had excuses for ducking out, and giving the place to the next in line. So I don't see what people are getting their knickers in a twist over. If I were offered some extra work on top of my main job at a lesser payrate I may well turn it down too.
Colinspeedway
Changing topic (and not that it makes any difference to the outcome) did anyone else notice the coin toss it sounded like Tobias Musielak called tails and when heads came out Jason Harrold (who I think does a good job) said heads it is and gave Tobi the call who chose 1 and 3. Maybe a case of mishearing/accent.

Do you think that 1,1,1,1,1 =5 and being on the wrong end of 5 5-1s is as good as 1,1,1,1,1 = 5 and beating five opponents? All that really matters is how many opposition riders have been beaten. In the example above, that has generated so much heat and so little light, all three riders had beaten six opponents in their first four rides making their contributions equally valuable.
