In years gone by, races were never re-started with all four riders back. If a race was stopped, someone was deemed to be at fault. ‘First bend bunching’ is a term that has been introduced in an attempt to keep four riders in a race whenever possible, which is in the interests of the sport and something I get. The BSN coverage is not yet the finished article, but I’m still happy to subscribe to them. If BSNs out put

Just when I thought I was up to speed with life, I’ve heard that President Kennedy has been shot and Elvis has died. If BSNs out put “First bench bunching” is not recognised by referees as a reason for ordering a restart with all for riders included. Meanwhile, “unsatisfactory start” is. why? Ask the officials. Haza
Mid May and Top 4 more or less sorted barring injuries or a team pulling a rabbit out the hat of a signing - that’s poor for any sport - makes me wonder the next 3 and half months of league racing going to be like ?

The same as the first two months . ie. Just go along and watch the racing, without focusing too much on who wins and who doesn't... The beauty of the sport is two poor riders, or teams, can still deliver some great racing.... (If a promoter chooses to prepare a decent track to race on obviously)... Hopefully that’s what Lynn fans get great racing on a well prepared track and I’m sure the team will pick up more wins as the season progresses . 2
SPEEDY69
I thought it was quite entertaining to be honest. A slick track can provide good racing, as much as grippy one can be borefest. Harris was just poor, as he was at Foxhall but the other Lynn riders were there or thereabouts & thought they were unlucky with re-runs when in good positions. There was passing on the inside and the outside, so not one line only.

I can't see us picking up many aggregate points this season, with our away form unfortunately. Winning most of our home meetings won't get us top 4 on it's own. We are 7 meetings in already, and our next 4 i think are, Sheffield Home, Brum A, Ippo H, Ippo A. This seasons averages, after 7 meetings. Harris (H) 8.67 (A) 4.21 Kvech H 8.00 A 4.76 Klindt H 8.00 A 5.00 Lawson H 6.15 A 6.60 NKI H 6.15 A 5.33 Cook H 2.29 A 4.00. Only 2 home and 2 away meetings for Ben. He's a lot better than that, and I hope he will get going when he's back.

Probably the reason so many people just come out for the play offs and save money during the qualifiers, add in tv and streaming its no surprise numbers on the terraces is so sparse.
