That is a shocking team.Just when Lynn were hitting a bit of form the injury jinx strikes again.Think we have only had our seven together for about 2 or 3 matches.Oh well looks like I may have to watch the women's football tonight now😏

And for my edification, where/when did Dickson “freely admit to preparing the track at the expense of entertainment”?
IainB
How can everybody on here know the situation yet Leicester still publish a press release? And then less that 24 hours later publish another release with the actual teams... the Sport really doesn't help itself at times! It's almost as if they don't know what they're doing 🤷♂️ Edited July 3 by IainB
SJA
11 hours ago, Teromaafan said: Good point. Where have Leicester got Lynn’s line up from? Hope I’m wrong but this points to both clubs attempting to cover up for a depleted Stars line up until the eleventh hour. But then again this British speedway and everything will be fine. The Stars will rock up with a full strength team to produce a close and entertaining contest where spectators will witness more passes than a village idiot on Mastermind. From when Lynn submitted it to the BSPA 72 hours before the meeting one would imagine.

You have to wonder what the value (point) is in declaring your team 72 hours before the meeting if there is then no sanction for then changing that line-up with no further Speedway injuries incurred in that time... I assume it's just for Programme printing purposes, not a great look though

castrolargh
It strikes me as farcical that nicolai can be recalled to Poland after A )initially not being in the team B ) signing for his Polish team after the season started, surely that should give GB priority on what is C) supposedly " our " night What is the point of having fixed nights if we have to give up priority?

As that was never going to be our lineup 🤷🏻♂️ they should have published their team and then just put “Stars lineup to follow”, or something like that

Wasn't it done so Poland would let "their riders" ride over here? Which would then mean the thousands that still follow the sport, but either don't attend at all, or still do so but infrequently, would all flock back into the stadiums around the nation and only have to pay circa fifty quid per couple for the privilege.. ...!! Just because were dragging our heels trying to get a side (if you can call it that) together. Leicester need to promote something.
