Cue Ball
What was the verdict on Morris? Decent score, but think he was gifted some of those points?
Col
The Tigers of Sheffield would like to thank Birmingham Speedway for two pathetic performances at Perry Barr which made our journey down the M1 worthwhile.... but mostly for lowering the average of Tobias Musielak, he's looking primed for a Owlerton return in 2026.

P T Preece Posted yesterday at 06:44 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 06:44 AM Dreadful performance, Couldent get out of the gate, it wouldent of mattered but no tac sub ride. Jeppesen rubbish, got a better score for Berwick. Sack Adams, I pity anybody next season who gets involved with Tolly, Rogers and Adams havent a clue. Two to home meeting to go thankfully and bye bye Brummies, bloody awful season to finnish on. Glad Ive only got to drag myself to two more meeting, really regretting buying a season ticket. To the sheffield supporter who is looking forward to getting Musielak in your team, good luck with that, the bloke is an asshole.

Another couple of meetings and he is going to make a lot of doubter's eat there words.
drew2 Posted yesterday at 09:05 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 09:05 AM First and last visit to Perry Barr last night! As a Somerset and now a Plymouth fan I saw my best meeting of the season so far at the Coliseum on Saturday and possibly the worst one last night! Gate and go by Sheffield for easy easy win but Birmingham just couldn't make a start. Track was awful, was stood between start gate and first bend in front of the grandstand and it was like Motocross bumping into bend one. Quite amazed only Jeppesen fell! I can imagine the Barker nomination in heat 15 was that he was up for it when others weren't. You always get max effort from Ben but it certainly wasn't a surface that he thrives on! My son said when are they using a tac sub but in honesty it wouldn't have made any difference. Probably the easiest max Jack has ever scored and probably same goes for Leon too. Picko was good value as always and managed one of the only passes of the night around the outside. Finally the guy on the centre green, how quicky did he want to announce the riders on parade and why bother talking over the final lap of a race????

Porky has always commented on the last lap of the final race. He likes to give it some drama. He is one of the best in the business. 1 2

Villain
Such a sad way to end Brums existence. My reason for attending these past 3 years has been to see some good racing even though we have been on the wrong end of a few tonkings. But last seasons poor team building and this seasons closure announcement combined with another poor team has made it very difficult to endure. The team were obviously too weak from the off and has been gradually downgraded throughout the season. OK Tolley has lost a lot of money throughout this venture but surely the only way he was going to increase the audience was to put together a side which could at lease compete at home. I have always loved this sport but after this I'm not sure whether I'll be attending any meetings at all next season, I'll probably change my mind as the season approaches but this episode has really skewed the way I see the sport in this country. I only hope that Coventry make it back to the tapes because I cant see myself making many trips to Leicester or Oxford to get my fix.
