Glasgow v Edinburgh KO cup second leg

Monarchs have an 8 point lead , but they are without Grahn at reserve but have Jacb hook who did well at Glasgow last week with Workington, Will they have Victor or a guest? Will Glasgow have a full team, seems to be a rare thing for Glasgow at the moment. It is doable for the tiggers to go through, they did win 50-40 in the bsn series, it should be a cracking meeting regardless as the Monarchs can ride Ashfield as well as the tiggers, but they haven't came against our Danish rocket, Villads Nagel who rides similar to Ben Basso, without fear.

Glasgow are at full strength, Jason Edwards for Victor and Hook for Grahn. 
 

Makes us weaker, even at full strength we’d probably struggle to hold on to our 8 point lead anyway. 
 

Annoying as we’ve waited two and a half months for the west side of the M8 to eventually decide to run it.

So is Howarth ok to ride tomorrow having missed last nights match at Leicester? I know he wasn't injured or ill so was just wondering what the rule is on that.

Why did he miss it then ? Everybody else gets 7 day ban.

7 day ban as he missed the Oxford meeting at Kings Lynn last week due to illness.

So should a rider be ill in future then they should cite a (much easier to fabricate) ‘family emergency’ - not suggesting for a minute this is what KH has done btw. This rule needs looked at.

This was exactly what I was thinking and why I asked the question. And I was also not suggesting that Kyle has done this in any way.

Would agree seems a strange rule that can be manipulated.
