LisaColette
Redcar only winning by 6. This tie still anyones. Be easier for us if Oxford made it through tbh. They showed a few heats on BSN. Am I right in thinking Redcar had a 12 point lead at one stage? Edited September 26 by LisaColette
lukeellis
Redcar had a 14 point lead after 10 heats, fell apart in the last 5,losing 11-19, and Masters only finished third in heats 13/15.Going to make for an interesting second leg on Sunday,I don’t think 6 points is enough of a lead. I agree - Oxford favourites especially since we have r/r for Riss

I think they had MPT booked but considering recent performances r/r would be better but not sure why Jake Allen cant do it . Jake is working today. He works at a golf club & its Ryder Cup final day so as you can imagine they would not let him off.

Riders want more matches but clubs apparently don't, this means riders having to work another job (nothing wrong with that) which means they may not always be available if a guest is needed

Well it’s true he works at a golf club in Thirsk and had work that specific day, he tried to swap his shifts to have the Sunday off but wasn’t able too as other staff had already booked the day off for the Ryder cup. I don’t see why he would lie about something like that 🤣 if he was available he would of guested as it’s extra money

The Bears operated Ryder replacement, of course it’s true.
