Olly Allen and Rosco could also be in the mix potentially so there seems to be a few options. Maybe it’ll be none of them!

Assuming the Wolves Trio rumour is correct then it'll be a spearhead of Woffinden, Brennan and Becker. Throw in Jenkins and Edwards too.

Also an interview with the legend that is Siggy in this weeks edition! My childhood idol 😁 Edited January 21 by Aries 1

TTT
Interesting that Jonas Jeppesen (4.34) is still available. Could the tail end be Jeppesen, Jenkins and Edwards?

TTT
Jonas Jeppesen would surely have been signed now on his GSA, So I assume he's got a verbal agreement in place with the new owners. Anyone got an update as to what Tai Woffinden has said in the Speedway Star? If the Wolves Trio rumour is correct then we can fill in 2 of the blanks with Woffinden and Becker. 1. 2. J. Jenkins 4.49 (2.5% Discount) 3. 4. 5. T. Brennan 7.05 6. J. Jeppesen 4.34 7. J. Edwards (RS) LEFT (21.12) or 1. 2. J. Jeppesen 4.34 3. 4. 5. T. Brennan 7.05 6. J. Jenkins 3.46 (25% Discount) 7. J. Edwards (RS) LEFT (22.15)

Whichever GSA he's on, The tail end to both Teams would still be Jeppesen, Jenkins and Edwards.
ShanoXtra
I can’t believe people are on here still second guessing what team Ipswich will have when the club has treated the fans like something off the bottom of their shoe with little updates of any significance. I’d be more inclined to say I’d boy-cot the matches if they did run than just pretend everything is rosy and play ‘guess the line-up’. This has left a massive sour taste in my mouth over Ipswich and the entire speedway scene, no updates from anyone and British speedway happy to announce rider signings as if everything is normal, if Ipswich just collapse then these signing will be for nothing for the other teams. Absolute joke. Rant over enjoy your day people!

No point in making up a pack of lies in a statment just for the sake of it, Because if nothing comes from it then it'll only end up in a heap of backlash. With patience comes frustration which is understandable but playing devils advocate, Chris Louis updated the fans when an agreement was in place and if it is the highly rumoured Mayfield Sports, Then Chris has stuck to his word all along about leaving the Club in safe hands.

Be ahead of the curve and maybe not go on a radio station after the season finishes and tell everyone you’re building a strong team for next year, that would have been a good start. And then over Christmas period and new years say you’ll have news a few days, then say maybe a few weeks, and then still give no statement two weeks after that statement. Mayfield yeah? Same rumours of a consortium of Ipswich die hards people wrote about here? People love a good gossip with no factual backing behind their words just look like they are actually in the know. Ipswich can't do a statement in regards to anything from signings to season tickets like Leicester's statement yesterday until the paperwork has gone through in regards to a sale. Only statement Ipswich can put out is one in regards to a sale agreement which they have done to be fair.

Chris was probably speaking the truth on the radio at the time because something has clearly happend behind the scenes that's caused a fire to be lighted which has seen a knock on effect at Ipswich from top to bottom. That's exactly what I mean about putting statments out to the fans without an agreement with a buyer in place, You're only setting yourself up for huge backlash if the potential buyer drops out. No point in getting everyone's hopes up for nothing as it'll only leave them feeling even worse than they did when the original statement was put out in regards to a Club sale. Adam Ellis' Dad would know so I think that's a strong indicator in regards to Mayfield Sports being more than the usual gossip.

Firstly, there will a Non Disclosure Agreement in place which stops either party discussing the potential transaction in any detail. Secondly, Financial Due Diligence, Legal Due Diligence and the drafting of contracts all needs to happen which is normally a lengthy process. If they achieve all of the above in 5-6 weeks, which looks likely to be the case, then I think they will have done remarkably well.

But he could have been more re-assuring over the period since he said it was up for sale as it was still possible there'd be no speedway at Foxhall in 2026, which is what was concerning for many.
