Spedeworth don't own Ipswich, they are the leaseholders, but I'm fairly confident that they own Mildenhall Stadium.

Spedeworth bought Mildenhall from RDC Promotions when RDC folded due to the legal problems they faced with a newly moved in local who objected to the stadium noise. They will want to be the dominant sport and start demanding that the others do as they say and then claim you are breaching your contract, so do as your told or they will throw you out. They will find that Deane Wood, the owner of Spedeworth, does not take kindly to an organisation acting like a big bully. Since Deane owns the stadium his word is the one that matters.
Toady
Yeah, more worrying for speedway is the fact that the lease was taken off Kevin Boothby the leaseholder at Oxford, and Arc taking it on it could happen at Oxford. So what has happened for Kevin boothby to give up the lease at mildenhall ? Is it financial issue or is he just cutting back due to ill health ? and what’s happening at Oxford regarding the lease. The As far as I know, it came as a surprise to Kevin Boothby, as I don’t believe it was his decision, but the speculation around finances must be a worry that could affect the future of Oxford.
