eide67
Friday 10th July - Armadale Stadium - 19:30 Edinburgh Monarchs - Dan Thompson, Jonatan Grahn, Justin Sedgmen, Paco. Castagna, Kye Thomson, Mitch Cluff, Jordy Loftus Redcar Bears - Nicolai Klindt, Simon Lambert r/r, Jake Mulford, Jason Edwards, Jake Allen, Vinnie Foord, Jody Scott Edinburgh at full strength, Redcar have Monarchs Academy rider Vinnie Foord in place of Ace Pijper and R/R for Simon Lambert. Redcar have a very good recent record at Armadale so I think it will be close with the Bears favourites for the aggregate bonus.
Fortythirtyeight
Can only see a home win with Monarchs too strong throughout for a weakened Bears . Pity as with Pijper Bears reserves may have made it interesting but with Lambert also missing with a ‘ speedway related injury ‘ ( ? ) can only see a comfortable home win with the bonus point added. I'll put money on R/R scoring more than Lambert would've.

Not the first time a rider has failed to make an appearance at Edinburgh but he actually did ok around Plymouth .
Biffa
He did crash at Plymouth last Saturday. Although he had finished his rides( apart from heat 15), it was announced he had been withdrawn from the meeting. Don’t know why but presuming a leg injury the way he was walking 🤷♂️
Biffa
Let’s hope Jake Allen’s shoulder is ok as well, missed Plymouth but Edinburgh equally as hard a place to get round 🤞
Mr Blobby
Think it’ll be close this one, Bonus will depend on what version of Klindt turns up for the bears. 1
cyclone
IMO being optimistic to even consider Monarchs might get the bonus, imo we'll be doing well to win, given r/r for Lambert @ no2 (Edwards, Mulford, Scottx2?) will probably score more than Simon would be expected to get. 1 hour ago, Mr Blobby said: Think it’ll be close this one, Bonus will depend on what version of Klindt turns up for the bears.

At least he's paid to get in, even though it is as a concession... probably topped that up paying for a pit pass... where can I get one of those from? 🤔

chun
Unfortunately the p1ss poor meetings are vastly outnumbering the good ones on BSN this year. Edinburgh seems to be a poor destination for decent racing with the home advantage

NC86
Paid to watch this drivel on BSN, I’m glad I’m not an Edinburgh fan the track looks like gaters paradise , no passing and the stadium facilities look awful. From a Redcar perspective that was pathetic, at least I watched it at home and not paid to go up to Scotland for that one. Getting carried away by the Plymouth result where they had no king or barker and Harris had a mare. Time for Redcar to do something drastic to save the season bring back wright and a 3 pointer and drop Allen or Edwards and Lambert. Harsh but doing nothing i dint think we make play offs. 1
